The breakfast options are always terrible at Hyatt. The food is greasy and there aren’t many protein options.

On Saturday night there was a fire from one of the air conditioners in the rooms on our floor 2nd floor.
The alarms didn’t go off, staff didnt even have the decency to inform the hotel guests on the floor what was going on. We saw the fire trucks coming in cause our window faced the street.
I find this as a safety issue and appauling that Hyatt didnt care enough about its guests to let them know.
The smell was horrible and even this morning when we were awoken early with fans running and the horrible smell, we were coughing and it was disgusting.
Im a Hyatt rewards member and i wont be coming back to this location thats for sure.
We had to ask for our room to be cleaned and our experience all around was a disappointment.

From check in to checkout everyone was friendly and helpful. Sarah at the front desk helped with something I needed. Thank you Sarah! We will definitely be back. Very clean, well stocked with towels and toiletries and an extra blanket. Best place we’ve stayed so far. I would’ve love some water bottles. We would definitely recommend to stay here.

The staff was good, room was ok. Was pretty disappointed at the extra $75 dollar pet fee that was non refundable. Only got this upon checkin rather then during my booking. If i knew there was this fee i would have went to a different hotel for the price.

The extra sitting area in the room is a welcome comfort. The staff are friendly and free breakfast is great. Just be sure to get down to breakfast early, as there tends to be a rush closer to nine, causing shortages of crockery, cutlery, and some food items.

The staff was friendly and helpful at check-in. Our room was clean and ready for check-in on time. The property is close to a great shopping area with wonderful restaurants.

The rooms are very comfortable. The only problem is there was wind outside, and it made the room very loud. Also, people were coming in and out of their rooms very late and talking in the hall, and all that was very easy to hear. Not very well insulated.

Just Overnight
We were only there for an overnight stay. The a/c heater unit was extremely loud and I had to use ear plugs to get to sleep. Thank god I had some. There was only 1 working elevator and a very limited supply of luggage caddies. Had to take stairs several times because elevators were too full to accommodate any more guests. Otherwise everything was satisfactory.

We stayed last Saturday night on our way to Las Vegas, NV then again Thursday night on our way home. I was a lot more impressed with our room last week. This week we were given a handicap room (which we did not request). The lighting was bad in both rooms but the bed was comfortable. My only recommendation would be to only give handicap rooms if requested. But we did have an issue with the elevator. Only one was working and it was very, VERY slow. The breakfast was very good. So our overall experience was good, just better last week in a regular room and the elevators were both functioning.

I try to book this hotel whenever I visit family in Albuquerque. Clean, comfortable and near great shopping! The staff goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful.
