amazing service

Stayed for one night and were headed to Taos when my daughter became ill.. I called the property and they kindly Put us in the same room, transferred me to the kitchen so I could ask about a broth and when we arrived the valet offered my Daughter tea. They went above and beyond and I know it made her and I feel better !!!!! Definitely will return !!!!

Nice hotel in downtown Albuquerque

Pros: Terrific Christmas decorations ... also Forque restaurant had a fabulous Sunday breakfast buffet
Cons: Starbucks location in lobby had minimal hours

Very convenient to Airport, Old Town, Nob Hill & University Stadium ... entire staff was friendly & helpful

Saw a drug addict outside very rude staff unexpected charges I do not recommend

Conveniently downtown

Pros: I have been staying at Hyatt for over 30 years
Had an excellent evening after a show. Had drinks in restaurant would have liked to have drinks in Lobby bar but was closed.

Very basic room... no comforter, no fridge, no microwave. Asked for a room with a view and got a room facing building next door

Perfect for our downtown romantic/dancing weekend

Wanted a short walk (1 block) to downtown clubs for Saturday night dancing and found good NY pizza and a gourmet burger place that street. Many other options not sampled. Typical big city street people hanging around but patrolled well at night. Hotel Staff excellent. Upgraded to a "best view" room without asking. Bed was a bit too soft for me but I need a firm mattress to sleep well and that usually doesn't happen anywhere else either so what the heck....We will stay here again.

the water was dripping in the tub and the toilet sounded like it was going to take off every time it was flushed.

Not worth it

This is an OK hotel however they nickel and dime you for every single thing unless you're staying at a conference in downtown Albuquerque it just isn't worth it, parking is a nightmare downtown and they charge you $16 a day to park there. The room was OK but there was mold in the bathroom and the floors were sticky the view was the main reason I wanted to stay here but when I opened my curtains all I could see was Radio towers blocking any kind a view from the TV station next-door there are many of options for your stay in Albuquerque and I just don't think that should be at the top of the list.
