Very comfortable with an accomodating, courteous staff in beautiful surroundings and perfectly located to all the amenities of Old Town. The hotel's restaurant, Garduno's, was excellent and there was always fun, happy things going on in the lobby. Really enjoyed our stay.
Hotel was short on staff when we got there. Took a long time to checkin. She was trying her best by herself. A/C didnt work in room-put us in another room. Hotel was clean and bed was very comfortable.
My stay in ABQ was attend a concert. I specifically recommend the location if you nedd to be close to the Isleta Amphitheater.
Very nice beds! Pleasant employees, great drinks and breakfast!
We checked in late and grabbed a bite to eat at the restaurant...lovely tapas with a Mariachi band playing. Lovely room and very clean. Would stay again next time we are in the area.
My husband and I were traveling across country from Charlotte NC to Phoenix AZ. One of our stops was in Albuquerque NM. We were fortunate enough to find Hotel Chaco. The hotel was superb and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable! We were even upgraded to a suite with a balcony! ...
Going thru a remodel. It needs it. Rooms are very spacious but decor ia dated. Front lobby and dining area finished and look nice. Need to do rooms now. Comfortable beds but bathrooms need work
Our stay was awesome, when we arrived we were a little worries as my wife is 7 minths pregnant, so we had to park really far away the parkinglot was full. By the time we got out if the truck and were ready to take the long walk a shuttle was right there to pick us up, the driver was super friendly ...
Everything was great! Kay (the owner) was a sweetheart and made sure everything was good. It looks like an old school Route 66 motel but it has been completely renovated. Can’t say enough about the place. Good continental breakfast too
I had booked this hotel through Expedia. Overall good hotel to stay. Clean and friendly staff.
Wonderful place to relax! Loved being on a farm and the charm of the Historic Inn.
Cute BnB style hotel owned by people who care about the property and their customers. Each room has it's own sitting area outside the door where you can drink coffee and watch the hot air balloons go by early in the morning. My only complaint is the shower head is very low and I wasn't able to adjust ...
I have never stayed at a B&B before and it sure did surpass any standard I had expected. Great experience all around. I will recommend to all my friends.
I work as a pilot and live in hotels. This place is not a Marriott, Hyatt, or Hilton but it is a fading piece of Route 66 history. The location is perfect but foremost the family who has owned for years are amazing. I will forego the spa and perfect wifi signal to stay here. This is my favorite property ...
The staff members were so eager to please. Clean, comfy room and perfect location on historic Route 66. Walking distance to restaurants and ABQ BioPark. We'll be back.
