The resort is close to the Airport! I felt safe staying the night before my flight! The rooms were clean and the staff were very polite.

Nice property but too much construction going on and no signs to find the hotel entrance.. the other issue was no restaurant available today so we had to go outside the property to eat.. otherwise all good

I had taken my grandson and his 2 friends so they could swim and from the moment we arrived the staff was amazing! Thank you Sergio! They have an awesome food court and we will definitely be going back!

This is definitely not a 4-star property! It is outdated and the rooms have thin walls so you can hear everything from the next room over. The first morning I was woken up by cleaning staff who were talking in the corridors. The two other nights I was awake until 4am as people next door kept chatting. The rooms are old and need refurbishment if they want to keep charging top dollars. There is only one decent restaurant but bar staff there was unfriendly when we notified himthat he did not attend to us for 15min. Housekeeping is slow and each day my room was only attended to after 4pm even if the housekeeping sign was on since 9am!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. We have family in Albuquerque and our first day there, they came and we hung out together at the casino and ate at Chile Risto in the food court (which was like real home cooked New Mexican cuisine!) It was my husband's 80th birthday, so he enjoyed a little extra gambling money. The 2nd evening we each had a delicious mixed drink at the center circular bar! Such a nice helpful waitress and a fun place to stay! We are planning our next trip...hope we can get as good of deal again!

The noise from the hallway is very audible from the room. Noisy people talking loud or slamming doors will wake you up in the middle of the night. I’d stay elsewhere if you are a light sleeper. On a positive note, the inside/outside pool is very nice. It’s heated and spacious.

Staff nice, good service. Room dark, not enough lighting. Couldn’t read as only light over both beds. No end table. Bathroom was very worn with missing ragged paint on trims. Did have mirror by front door. Overall ok room, not worth cost.
