Awesome resort and casino

Posted Jan 31, 2016
Room was very nice and clean. Loved the amount of space and how easy it was to just go downstairs right to the casino.

making birthday memories

Posted Jan 25, 2016
Pros: I liked it the rooms were very very clean and for that I give a Thumbs up to the housekeeping dept. It is also located in a good area.
Cons: I think they shoud bring the rates down the rooms are pretty basic and the price for one nite is pricey. they should have music going in the lobby.
Location: location is great. There are a couple of gift shops there is a swimming pool the Bar in the casino and the nite club in the casino.
our stay was nice we were there to celebrate a birthday. so we were checked in as soon as we arrived. after we got settled we went down to the TIWA for early dinner. there food was very good the salad bar was fresh with a variety to choose from. we went and hung out at the TRIPLE SEVEN It was also very nice but over crowded people were standing over us and the dance floor was to small also.In the morning we ate breakfast at the TIWA it was nice.

Very relaxing place to stay.

Posted Jan 25, 2016
Pros: Quick check in and out and it was 10 minutes from home. This is a place to relax and has a great gym.
Cons: Needed a softer bed
Location: You don't have to go any where for activities but if you like to shop then Albuquerque is just 10 to 15 mins away.
We stayed over the weekend and went to a concert. Best place for concerts then straight to a room. They have great accomadations. Indoor and outdoor warm clean pool with hot tub. This place also has great food.

Pros: location
Cons: see above
refrigerators removed, no access to vending.....a casino with machines with grime and grit on them......money coming in with no money being spent to keep the facility clean.

Beautiful room, smoky casino

Posted Jan 3, 2016
Pros: Great bathroom, Jacuzzi. Comfortable bed.
Cons: Heating system in the room was noisy. There had been snow, and the area around the outside hot tub was very icy.
We were impressed with the nice room at the Isleta, and enjoyed using the pool and hot tub.

This is a nice hotel that served our purpose!

Posted Nov 12, 2015
Pros: The staff was very pleasant.
Cons: Air filtration!!!!!!!! Also better customer service (not in terms of friendliness, that's fine) in terms of ensuring that the customers needs are met.
Location: The location was convenient for our purpose. The airport is close by as is downtown and Old Town.
The staff was very pleasant. The room was fine and served its purpose. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the sheets soft and nice. The bath was nicely appointed, but the towels were stiff and there could have been a better supply. Car valet services were lacking as we had to go and find someone to get our car or take our car on more than one occasion. We were not even offered luggage valet when we checked in so we took our bags to the room ourselves. It would have been nice though to have that service. The one thing that was very bothersome to me is that the smell of smoke from the casino is so strong it seeps into the hallways and areas not a part of the casino. It was unyielding. I used the Tiwa Cafe a few times, and the staff was very friendly but the food while reasonably priced, was not at all good or satisfying. One evening we were meeting friends at the Triple Sevens Saloon, and I checked twice with the front desk staff about its location and other details on the very night of the planned meet. When we arrived at the door of the saloon, we found out it was closed for maintenance. I found it odd that no one at the front desk would have shared that information so I could make other arrangements. Overall the experience was good but on my next trip I think I'd consider another.

Nota : sa situation est dans le désert au sud de l'aéroport, donc voiture indispensable pour aller à ALBUQUERQUE...

Gorgeous Resort in the desert of Albuquerque

Posted Oct 24, 2015
This is what was a very budget-friendly trip, the resort was amazing, it was my first time in a spa, trying out all the amenities! There are a lot of places to go sightseeing, and you can't go wrong with the Casino!
