Staff nice, good service. Room dark, not enough lighting. Couldn’t read as only light over both beds. No end table. Bathroom was very worn with missing ragged paint on trims. Did have mirror by front door. Overall ok room, not worth cost.

This was a nice stay. It was clean convient and nicely priced. The pool was overcrowded so we couldnt enjoy it. Happy the casino was smoke free. Food at Embers steak house was good but a bit slow. Being Im from Texas my expectations on steak are different. Still it was good food.

They gave me the wrong room I reserved a room with balcony wich was a little bit more expensive and they give me the standard room with a noisy AC condenser outside the window, the receptionist said it’s because Expedia is a third party she can’t do anything, I want a refund!!!!!!!

This is our second stay at La Isleta. It's a beautiful property with large, comfortable, clean rooms. The staff are kind and helpful. The grounds are gorgeous and, if you like to gamble, there are fun options downstairs along with a food court, gift shop, and nice restaurant (closed M/T). We'd highly recommend it.

Was not happy with the stay, HVAC did not work efficiently, the walls are paper thin where you can hear conversations in the next room over. Poor maintenance! The box frame were visibly stained and the shower head had a leak and sprayed water all over the ceiling and up and over the shower curtain; which got the rest of the bathroom wet. Would not stay here again.

DO NOT stay here! I have stayed at every other casino in Abq. They are all very accommodating, especially if you have noisy guests outside your room until 3AM. Isleta did not accommodate us with a late check out, even though we made several requests and complaints. I’ll never stay here again
