Reasonably priced hotel is close to the airport,

Pros: Price, free airport shuttle
Cons: Telephone call to front desk took forever to answer.
Location: Close to airport. Burger place next door is great.
Nice free airport shuttle. Room was clean but had no soap anywhere (or shampoo, etc), when asked for some, we waited a long time. The front desk person had forgotten. Went to the front desk and she went to get some and took a long time. Just wanted to wash our hands !! The room was otherwise fine, clean. The restaurant next door (Fuddburger) was great.

OK hotel close to airport

Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Cleanliness
Location: Airport, University close by
Hotel did not have booked non smoking room with 2 beds. Ended up in a room with a single bed. Staff was nice enough to provide a rollaway bed upon request.

Too expensive for the quality of service.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Staff needs to be fully trained in customer service.
- When checking-in, staff took a while to assign us the room. They said "there has been room drama"... not professional. - The online room description said double-queen beds. Reality: full size beds. - Restroom super small. Door literally bumping with toilet. - Room wasn't cleaned and when I called Front Desk all they said "we're busy assisting incomers". They didn't clean the room until 5 pm. Definitely not staying again... definitely not recommending it!

Pros: airport shuttle
Cons: Everything.
Location: It's near the airport and several chain restaurants.
Room was never made during my stay. You have to take out your own garbage. Bedside lamps never worked and was never fixed after being reported three times. Bathtub was dirty. The breakfast was yucky and not much options. Not enough tissue in the room. This is not a hotel, it's a motel.

Cig smell

We were given a smoking room when we request non smoking. Third floor and we needed first floor, because of special needs child.

No Sleep

Convenient to ABQ

Got in very late due to flight delays. The got us into our room and our cozy bed with no fuss.

Smelled like smoke and our TV did not work at all
