Told me to get pool towels in pool area but was closed! Cockroach in tub. Area was sketchy. Vagrants around. Loud at night in surrounding area

Rooms are in poor condition. Lamps didn't work. Microwave was broken. Toilet kept getting clogged. Breakfast was good but the same everyday. Only one ice machine worked.

Here are the concerns we have from our stay at the Ramada Inn in Albuquerque. There was broken glass littering the parking lot making it dangerous to park a car. First, when we came in we realized that there was no chair in the entire room. Typically when you have a desk, they also include a chair. This was not the case. The microwave was also missing the turning plate inside the microwave itself. The fridge emitted a very loud whining sound. We eventually had to unplug it so that we could go to bed. There were numerous stains on the carpet, including brown shades of all varieties of colors. The shower had spots of mold in multiple places. The shower head also had crusted gunk around the nozzle. The lock on the door had been scuffed away as if the door had been pushed and pulled numerous times while the door was locked. Finally, when we went to breakfast the next morning my partner drank milk that was out and realized it was sour. The expiration date was for 6 days prior. He let the folks working at breakfast know and they seemed pretty grumpy that he had pointed it out. To summarize, if it wasn't broken, it was dirty.

The place was utterly filthy! Will avoid Ramada/Wyndham for any future travel. The front desk was unresponsive to concerns. There was trash overflowing in the hallway... we literally had to step around it coming off of the elevator!

It's hard to say much good about this place. Overall it is in great disrepair. There were stains on everything from the bedding, to the towels, to the lampshades. Half of the room lights didnt work. Dead bugs in the lamps. Furniture drawers were broken and the carpet was ripped. I took pictures of everything so we wouldn't be charged for the damage. Hot tub jets wouldn't turn on and half of the gym equipment was broken. Only hotel on our vacation that I was disappointed with.

Housekeeping didn't do a very good job cleaning our room. There was a big wad of hair in the shower and a cup lid on the floor under the table. I was afraid to use the electrical socket in the bathroom. It looked like it had been pulled out of the wall and then pushed back in. The jets were not on in the whirlpool. We specifically booked with this hotel because it said it had a hot tub.

I did not like that when I booked the hotel online there was no indication of a $100 hold on the credit card; if I had known in advance that there was, I would have booked a cheaper hotel that had a hold. I know that a lot of hotels do that nowadays, but I don't like it - it treats working men and women like criminals and I'm always wary that the hotel will come up with reasons to cheat people out of money. The clock in the room wasn't set; I was there on a business trip, had traveled far to get there, the last thing I needed when I got in the room was to have a science project to complete. How hard is it for the staff to set a clock? Cheesy. Not all the lamps worked. The chair in the room was run down, with the leather coming off some of it. The owner/manager would probably be embarrassed to have something like that in their home if company came over; why was it OK for hard-working people who pay hard-earned money to stay in that hotel? The breakfast was good, but the staff took the utensils away too fast, so I had to eat yogurt with a fork. Relax, people; I'm sure you want to start cleaning up but as long as there are customers there, you need to leave the utensils out. I was overall displeased with my stay. In fact, I had to extend my business trip an extra night and refused to do it at this hotel. I went to a rival hotel down the street and had a nice new plush chair to sit on, a clock that was set, light fixtures that worked, and a spoon for the yogurt.

Homeless people outside in parking lots. Room was dirty and had no hot water. So was moved to a different room that had hot water yet this room had no TV. Front desk staff was okay. But will not be staying here again.

Death trap fitness center, unsecured back entry... Room is okay for a night or two, was missing a light bulb for a lamp, besides the visible carpet and wall stains the room also had a balcony door that didnt lock properly. The bed and free breakfast was the highlight of my 4 day stay.

This place is disgusting. Pictures are doctored. I stay at A LOT of hotels and there is no way this is a 3.5 star hotel. It is a 1.5 star at best. Hallways are disgusting. Every door is completely banged up. Our first room, the toilet did not flush, the heater wouldn't shut off and there was hair all over the comforter of our bed. I had to go down to the front desk twice to be granted a room change. When we got to the new room, there was blood all over the floor and desk chair! Not a little bit of blood... A LOT! Disgusting!!! Never, ever, stay here.... EVER! WE LEFT IMMEDIATELY.

First room didn’t have bedding, second room had adjoining door that wouldn’t lock, and third room has broken lights and a very sketchy balcony with adjoining wall - if someone Nextdoor wanted to they could easily break in. The motel was old amd not well cared for. Carpet was stained. Shower curtain not fastned to the wall and had duct tape on it. Heater was very noisy. Couldn't sleep well at all. Not a pleasant experience at all.
