Awesome staff

Hotel was right off the interstate, which made it easy to commute since it was a business trip. On my last day there I forgot my phone charger. Later that day I received a phone call to let me know. This is the first time a hotel has taken the time to do this. I have stayed in really nice places and have forgotten really important things and I am the one having to call them to inquire. I was defiantly surprised.

Location is great

It's close to a variety of places to eat and a gas station. Your key gets you discounts at dennys. The staff was friendly and the bed was comfy. That's about it for pros. The carpet looked like it could use a vacuum, the tv had direct tv bit only 3 channels worked, the shower head needed to be replaced as the water that came out was laughable. Last but not least, it wasn't until the next morning, when i moved some of the pillows that i noticed underneath it wasn't so clean. The grounds in front of the hotel needed to be cleaned as the cigarette butts were overflowing. I won't stay again. This is better classified as a motel.

Not very good. The bathroom ceiling would leak above the shower when water was used in the room above. The air conditioner smelled moldy when it was turned on. Told the girl at the front desk, but she just said okay. Also the main door wouldn't shut all the way unless it was dead bolted.

Our room smelled like vomit. We were tired from traveling late so we end up staying in the room. I informed the night attendant and he said he would make a note of it and let the manager know. The next morning the manager wasn't at work. The morning attendant said she would let the manager know the next day, but no call from the manager.

The hotel was just OK. It was overpriced for is condition but probably due to balloon fiesta. The desk lady was very nice and tried to be creative in finding a way that I could print my fiesta tickets since there was no printer for the PC in the lobby. I probably won't stay there again as there are plenty other properties that are a better value.

Location: like I said for 59 a night-fine next to a truck stop on the edge of town for a hundred not so much
All in all I would say that for 59 dollars a night this would be what I would expect, BUT it runs around 100 dollars a night and for that it is a huge disappointment, It is not dirty it is just sooo old it feels dirty. Very small room no fridge, no micro wave. No extras of any sort. Staff is very kind and attentive, but cannot make up for the run down appearance.

Good location, small rooms

The staff was nice, but the room was extremely small, and our bedsheets had stains on them. Desk clerk brought clean sheets, but still annoying after a long day of driving. No amenities like a refrigerator or microwave, and very stingy with towels. We stayed in 5 hotels on a 10 day trip, all in the same price range, this is the one we liked the least. OK for a quick overnight, not for a longer stay.

Afternoon clerk was very friendly and helpful. However the morning clerk was not friendly at all.
