I reserved a room 3 days ahead of time for 2 double rooms and when we went for check in they had 1 room clean for us and told us we can have the second room but it would be 3 hours until it was cleaned. We went to our room to check it as they asked us too, and the room they claimed was “clean” had dirt in the drawers, a clogged toilet, one pillow per bed, the curtain was hanging half way off the wall and the room was just filthy over all.

TRASH STRUN AROUN THE PROPERTY, DRUGGIES HANGING AROUND THE PROPERTY.HAD TO WAIT 30 MINUTES FOR A RESURVED ROOM.. jUST LEFT AND DID NOT STAY THE NIGHTS!

very terrible hotel. at night, a lot of incomprehensible people chid on flights of stairs. in the dead of night, strange people knocked on my door twice, and did not answer when they were asked what they wanted. this is not a night, but a continuous stress.

I didnt like that it was dirty, missing towels, no light in the bathroom, and the manager allowed himself in my room at 11pm.. very unprofessional, and it is not safe.

There were no towels in the bathroom and no soap The staff was rude and unhelpful when checking in. The chair in the room broke while sitting on it. There was no blanket on the bed only sheets. I didn't want to ask to fix any of the items because I felt the staff wasn't helpful to begin with.

Beyond bad, appalling, disgusting and dirty and a rip-off at any price especially $70 a night. Avoid this place, stay anywhere else. The check-in person could not work the reservations and check-in system until a lady helped him figure it out. The room reeked of marijuana and there were orange caps off hypodermic needles outside the door. The neighbors were noisy and there were some very "sketchy" characters about including one man peering into our room when the cleaning person was there to mop the bathroom floor of brown blobs (?). Toilet seat was broken with dirt in the glued crack. No soap, etc. Beds were not made, just one filthy soiled blanket with cigarette burn holes thrown on each bed. We had to ask for a pillow for one bed, and a sheet for the other. Blood or ? stains on sheet and pillow. Fire detector missing with wires sticking out of the wall. Lino on floor cracked with holes the size of a fist. AC unit damaged, walls in bathroom stained and chipped. One of two bed reading lights not working. No trash can despite asking two staff, one said we have a limited number of trashcans, I will need to ask the owner". The two garbage containers outside the room were overflowing with piles of disgusting garbage surrounding them. We had dinner and decided to pack up and leave and spend the night elsewhere, it was filthy, we felt unsafe and were concerned about our vehicle and safety. Surprised Motel 6 tolerates it and Expedia lists it, they should not, it should be closed.
