Door to room had clearly been busted in at some point and poorly "fixed", could see outside between door and door frame. Room was dirty, stains on sheets, sticky brown substance all over the floor. Parking lot was a disaster, garbage everywhere. People arguing loudly in the room next to ours. My wife and I did not feel safe. Front desk staff was super kind.

Hard bed, very loose toilet seat. We always like to stay at the Red Roof Inn in Albuquerque when passing through, but this time they put us in skid row because the room was very uncomfortable and ran very hot.

You get what you pay for
The only good thing about the hotel is that they don't charge if you've got a pet. There's homeless people everywhere and the condition of the room was pretty bad. Plan on bringing your own water unless you're ok with tap water.

The property has awesome employees and is very clean plus updated. Only downside is the area it's located in but the hotel has done a good job in securing the property.

The continental breakfast was nice. Very clean in the sleeping room. Pets allowed a plus but $100 deposit. Area very sketchy. Wrought iron fencing around hotel daunting. Had to drive around block to figure out how to get in. Did not feel safe and felt even worse when I read a posted warning from police department about removing all belongings from car. In my case the car had belongings for a six month stay in AZ which could not be removed. Hotel good. Neighborhood bad. Albuquerque has high crime rate.

Pass up this one.
Got double charged upon arrival and check-in. Room was nasty, dirty. The area was not good. I guess you get what you pay for. I was trying to save a little money. Won't make that mistake again.

Horrible scary unsafe
The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, it’s a homeless persons hotel it smells horrible trash everywhere people sleeping in parking . Not at all as described in app, only stayed because it was overnight while on long car trip, wish I had read reviews, false advertising at its best!!!

This is a dive. Homeless just outside of parking lot. Holes in walls, doors, furniture. Hot water was warm at best. Bed was acceptable.
