Arrived to a lobby covered in dust - redoing floor so we couldn’t check-in right away. No elevator and no rooms on first floor. Last straw- pool out of service. We specifically chose a hotel with pool for our granddaughter. Cancelled snd went to Days Inn.

Middle of a remodel and was a little difficult to access our room. The staff as polite and kind. I’ve stayed here many time, and I’m glad to see a remodel taking place. The price was high for what you get, but everywhere is high right now with the current political situation. Why a 52 year career poly was elected and thought to be good for the economy and country is beyond my comprehension. Next time you vote, please vote for the person that hasn’t made politics their career. They alway take care of themselves first and us common folks last. You def can see the difference between the last admin and the current one. Everything for everyone was much more affordable in 2019.

To noisy you can hear the guest rooms next to you and walking upstairs. Pool and spa advertised but had no water in either. It should be listed as a motel not a hotel and the price per night is way to much for what you get.

Property does not have working elevator and I have wagon of work stuff I haul around with me, had to lug my stuff up to the second floor which had stairs worthy of ten different OSHA violations. Very thin walls, heard the door open and shut all night long. Will never stay here again!

I was concerned with the cleanliness outside of the motel. Unkept and dirty. Inside was very old, no elevator to second floor. From the looks of outside I was surprised how clean the inside was. It was quiet and the staff was very professional and polite. Motel definitely needs cleaned up outside. Not an appealing look. Motel could use a total renovation inside and out. I would not stay there again unless changes made.

I liked that they respected my do not disturb sign outside. Dislikes: checking in with the two night shift staff members was not pleasing at all other than rushing me to sign the "policy" and swipe my card i had to tell them to stop and give me a min to read what im signing. Another thing was 150dls deposit for a room that i booked for 70dls according to them is a deposit for incedentals wich i though it redicolus Swiming pool is closed for an infinite amount of time. Side door to enter building does not lock to me thats a lack of sefety for all there guest. Room was ok noisy exhaust fan and pillows and bedding had an odd smell I did not eat breakfast at property Over all i belive this building needs some remodeling and train there staff to be patient and not be so pushing on signing and paying i honestly was very bothered on the false advertisement of property and staff at front desk I will not book a stay at this hotel moving foward

Not happy!
My stay at this hotel was not too great. First, they advertise HOT Breakfast. When I ask at check-in what was breakfast, the lady. which was very nice, started rattling off a bunch of thigs. But, they were all sweets! Yes, one of them was indeed Waffles, More sweets! Some of us like something more than deserts for breakfast. So, we spent another $25.00 for breakfast. Had I known this was their Hot breakfast, I would have saved $25.00 a night and stayed at another hotel. I was going to have to buy breakfast anyway! Plus, on Thursday morning as I was getting ready to leave, I found some jerk had cut off my locks on my trailer. What a surprise to them! Nothing inside they could steel! I complained to the guy at the front desk, but he couldn't understand anything I was telling him. He kept asking me if someone broke into my room! Really? Never again!

After driving over 3hrs I showed up at property a little after 2 - roughly around 2:15pm. Lady at front desk refused to check me in until 3. I was tired but because I had already prepaid could not leave. I will not ever stay here again.

The only problem was the sink was leaking the whole time in the room. I notified the front desk to make sure no incidentals were recorded on my stay. The gentleman at the front desk was real nice and let me know it won't be a problem for me. Good hotel!

Hotel was ‘fine’ There was no elevator, which they told us when we checked in but the stairs were so steep up to the second floor, my 2 yo couldn’t manage them. The pool was completely empty and not working. The vending machine took our money with no food. Overall, stay was ‘fine’.

I have stayed in 2 1/2 star hotels but I don’t think this one was in the top tier in that group. The rooms were very dated and the mattress certainly had some history to it. The only food available was a vending machine that only took cash. I didn’t see an ATM machine on the premises. I’m not sure what everybody else is like in his post Covid world, but I seldom carry one dollar bills. Thankfully I found $1.50 in quarters, and therefore was able to purchase a candy bar. No streaming on the TV. I was actually interested in a quick work out but I didn’t see a room with a treadmill or a universal. Leslie would’ve been nice if breakfast was a little later than 9:30 AM on a Sunday. With that said, the morning staff was nice and even though I was 15 minutes late for breakfast, they let me stay and have a bowl of cereal.

Overall the hotel is very dated It has no elevators to the second floor. I went to use the vending machine in the lobby and there was a mouse inside the machine helping himself to the food disgusting!!!

We could not get water in our room hot enough to take a shower. One reason we chose this property was because information said indoor pool & spa which were both dry. Was hoping for good stay to find place to stay in Rio Rancho in future. We were really disappointed. Also door to outside near our room did not lock. Felt very unsafe.
