The room is very comfortable, spacious, beautiful and sparkling clean. The kitchen is well appointed and clean. However, the bathroom could use some improvement. The shower head is not easy to adjust and is very high up on the wall, I had to climb up on the edge of the tub to make to adjustment. The water conservation feature makes the spray very inefficient. Otherwise, I had a very comfortable stay.

The front desk staff was very helpful. They were having a problem with some of the king size rooms due to construction so they upgraded us to a suite.

The hot tube was broken. There were hidden fees upon arrival. Which should be stated before the booking. Window was broke! Tv didn’t work. After driving hours and hours just to get to your room and things were needing to be fixed.

Fine, as expected, but they do not store luggage..
Almost expected w/r/t what's in the kitchen. PROs for me: windows can open for fresh air, stairway is inviting, well-lit, etc. (vs. waiting for the elevator). CONs: they will not store a bag for pickup later. I was a bit dumbstruck, that was not expected from this large chain..

Our check in process was easy and pleasant. We stayed in a king size suite which is big and very comfortable. The amenities are great and the parking is gated so we felt our vehicle was safe. Very nice hotel!

Fixing a problem
Our one night stay prior to flying out the next day was wonderful. Our initial room had a non working thermostat and we were moved right across the hall to an upgraded room. They were wonderful in solving the issue and we will return.

The fireplace wasn’t working. We called the front desk and we were informed that there wasn’t enough staff working to start the fireplace. Paid extra for parking that was not included in the room information.

Everything was fine except, they had a small surcharge for parking, they had no shuttle to the airport, and the shower head was so high, the hot water was cool by the time it hit you.

Conveniently located near the airport and i-25. Also very close to Univ of New Mexico. The room is very spacious with a full kitchen. I also like the fact that there are multiple drawers for storing clothes, which has disappeared for many hotel rooms these days.

We were really disappointed. There was no soap or towel at the bathroom sink and the shower soap was attached to the wall so each time you needed to wash your hands you had to step into the shower to get body wash. It really felt like the room didn’t get a total flip. The breakfast was mediocre. This was not worth the price paid.

Overall a decent overnight stay but.... Telephone in room didn't work; hot water in bathroom sink never got above lukewarm so we used the bathtub faucet for hotter water; the TV stopped working; and most annoying was a request to the front desk to contact the room above us and ask that they settle down @ 9pm due to the thumping and running around the room that had been going on for over an hour. At 10pm, called the front desk again because the activity had not stopped. We were told they didn't answer the phone so NOTHING was done. We asked the person to call again, visit the room or MOVE US!! Apparently, contact was made as the noise finally stopped but really, if no one answered and you have a complaint, wouldn't you send someone to check it out? Very disappointed in the evening staff and their dealing with a disruptive party.

They did not honor my Expedia reservation for the type of room I reserved. Hotel room was dirty. Spiders in the bathtub. Staff did fulfill a request for our room refresh which they said they would do. I recommend finding a completely different hotel. We will not be back to this property.

View out our windows was not the greatest. Tried to check in online and had difficulty checking in. Someone did come to the front desk to help, but I struggled for about 15 minutes prior to that. No more oatmeal left for the breakfast, and they didn’t replenish it. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet. Nice workout room, pool and jacuzzi, and business center. Would stay here again if in the area.
