Nice hotel, but

The tile areas of the room (bathroom, kitchen) looked like they had'nt been cleaned/mopped for a long time as they were hair and lint all along the edges. After walking barefoot, our feet became really dirty from the floor (yuck). The kitchen table had the previous tenants food crumbs and drink spills. Mattress was extremely hard/stiff. On a positive note, the front desk staff were really great! So to wrap up, could be a great place to stay, but lack of effective housekeeping/cleanliness would probably keep me from recommending this place to others. Its a shame as it has a lot of potential to be a great place to stay due to location, amenities, great front desk staff, nice room layout.

I enjoy having luxuries like I do at home, when I am out on travel. The Residence Inn is fabulous

Great price, great location.

Stay was excellent from beginning to end. While the location says “Airport” in the name, I did not hear one plane take off or land during my two night stay. The location is close to I-25 with restaurants and gas stations within 1 mile of the hotel. Additionally there is a grocery store within four miles on the same main street (Yale). I will stay here again the next time I come to ABQ.

Front Desk Man in Training

The front desk guy, double charged me for my room, even though I used Hotels.com app to book my room, he was not very friendly, did not greet me as I arrived, was going to charge me extra $20 for incidentals, I told him it was only a one night stay. He did not tell me when breakfast was being served or when it ended, missed out on breakfast next morning. Now, I have to wait 15 days for the extra charges to my credit card to clear. I was not happy! The good thing about the hotel is, the room was clean, very clean and comfortable, the cleaning staff did excellent job! Slept very well!

We like it here , we’ve stayed many times at this hotel . The only thing is that the rooms are not very clean the last few times we’ve stayed .
