Friendly staff and terrific rooms. The only thing that I think they could improve on would be expanding the menu in the restaurant. Food was good but limited.

Best Bet In Albuquerque

Posted Feb 2, 2016
Pros: Club access, free wifi on Club level. Great bed/bedding
Cons: Stop charging for parking and wifi on regular floors. When a Motel 6 offers free wifi, a big chain has no business charging $14 a night for it.
Location: Right next to the Sunport
I have stayed here once in the past and needed a place for an overnight on a trip from Austin to Colorado. I chose the Sheraton again based on safety of location, comfort. The front desk agents were friendly and prompt at check-in. Note to Sheraton: charging $5 for parking in your massive lot is ridiculous. It is nothing but a money grab. STOP. I had booked a room on the Club floor so we had access to the lounge. (Free wifi on club level) Up your offerings in the evening, Deep fried mushrooms and cheesesticks? You can do better, Sheraton. Room was very nice - comfortable - great bed/bedding. Breakfast offerings in the Club lounge were MUCH better. Biscuits, gravy, scramble eggs, pastries, fruit, coffee, tea, orange juice. Overall great place to stay - will probably book again on the return drive to Austin in a couple weeks.

Great location near airpory

I needed a place to stay to catch an early flight from the airport. There is a shuttle 24/7, but the hotel is within walking distance from airport. There is even signs directing you to the path. Room is nicely furnished, but there was some water stains by the faucet, which was not a big deal. I ate at the restaurant, and the food was pretty good. Great waitstaff. I enjoyed the short stay there.

Nice hotel close to Albuquerque Internat. Airport

Posted Jan 24, 2016
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Nothing much.
Location: A lot.
Very good service. Very clean. The staff were friendly. The services were good. We always stay in this hotel whenever we go to Albuquerque even if we are not taking off at the airport. The rate is reasonable and the services are very good. We enjoy staying in this hotel. It is very close to the downtown area of Albuquerque as well. The staff are friendly. We look forward to staying in this hotel in the future. When my family visited us in New Mexico, I got them a room here too and they have good words of the hotel, the people and the cleanliness of the facility.

We stayed here before an early flight out of Albuquerque. I was expecting a very ordinary experience but the room was lovely--very comfortable and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were luxurious. The amenities in the bathroom were very nice and the water pressure was great. The restaurant staff was superb and the food was good. Everyone was extremely friendly and what we thought would be just a motel experience became a lovely night on a very pleasant hotel.

Smelly

Posted Nov 30, 2015
This hotel has gone down hill in the last year. The rooms in the hotel smell. Our first room was making us nauseous due to the smell. We asked to move rooms, and the front desk was not very helpful. We finally got a new room and it smelled too! We were not able to get any refund on the room, but stayed a a different hotel because it smelled that bad.
