Great value - unexpectedly low price

Pros: BREAKFAST/EVENING RECEPTION
Cons: Rooms did not have bathtubs - just showers. But not a MUST!
Location: We were right by the University and had restaurants and shopping centers within a few miles each direction.
Staff was courteous and friendly. Full hot breakfast (with made to order omelets) and evening reception foods/refreshments were a NICE surprise! I have stayed at fancy motels that still made you pay for your breakfast in the morning! LOL Facility is a hidden gem. We will stay here again!!

Quiet and Comfort

Pros: Quietness
It was nice to stay: quiet, clean, and comfort. However, there are no bathtub, only a shower.

Great staff but small rooms

ALL staff members were very friendly and helpful, but room was small compared to others where we have stayed.

Pet friendly hotl

The hotel welcomed our two small poodles and also served up excellent omelettes.

Perfect airport hotel.

Needed a place to stay the night before flying out. This hotel fit the bill. The staff was great, everything was clean and the omelet bar was appreciated. Very reasonable rate.

Nice hotel close to the airport

You don't have to spend tons of money to sleep comfortably. The shower stall, beds are comfortable. Good value.

Good place to stay

The room has everything we need to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. There were a few minor problems. 1. The room key card would need to be deactivated every time we came back from our excursions. 2. On our first day the room was cleaned but we were not given any towels. 3. Parking lot lights are too dim at night. Other than this it was a good place to stay because of easy access to airport, freeway, and restaurants. We would certainly stay there again.

The City of Albuquerque is aware that all of the street lights out on International Ave and we have been communicating with PNM for a year now to repair the lights only to receive no action in the matter. We will continue to monitor the progress in hopes that light will shine down on our street soon. Thank you for staying with us. Close to ABQ Airport

Pros: Close proximity to airport. Great Breakfast. Pool.
Cons: Small rooms. No working lights in the swimming pool area. Bathroom doors are horrible
Location: Lots of restaurants within driving distance.
They have excellent breakfast. Rooms are a bit small. I checked into a non-smoking room but someone clearly had been smoking in it. I reported it to the front desk, they said they would deodorize it next day.

We were pleased to see that you were able to join all the other Balloon Fiesta fans for this once a year International event. We are not sure why you had no lights in the pool as we have always had working lights in our pool area. They are not on during closed pool hours. Sorry that the room had smoke smell we sincerely understand that that is not something a guest should endure. We do have remedies for our guest rooms to remove the smoke residue from former guests who did not abide by our smoke free hotel contract agreement. Over all we hope that you found your stay to be a good stay. Thank you for your review. We thank you for staying with us and we hope to welcome you back soon.

Comfortable night

Pros: The room was nice & cozy. I like that the sink was separate from the bathroom. breakfast was good, the omelette station was a nice touch. Great stay!
