Perfect airport hotel.

Needed a place to stay the night before flying out. This hotel fit the bill. The staff was great, everything was clean and the omelet bar was appreciated. Very reasonable rate.

You don't have to spend tons of money to sleep comfortably. The shower stall, beds are comfortable. Good value.

Cons: 氷がフロント
普通のモーテル、氷がフロントだからめんどくさい 清潔度が残念、安くないと損 他のモーテルと比べても劣っているかと思う テレビも小さかった 寝るだけなら良い スーパーが車で5分くらい

Un viaje para disfrutar

Location: Fuimos al Festival del Globo que se celebra en el mes de Octubre, es evento mas grande que se tenga quizá en el mundo, aparte se puede volar.
El personal del hotel siempre fue agradable y atento, ya tenían nuestra habitación reservada a pesar de que pasaba de la media noche. Tenia desayuno incluido, aunque de los días que nos quedamos solo pudimos disfrutarlo un par de veces, muy atenta la cocinera. Mucho personal latino trabaja en el hotel a excepción de los de recepción, por lo que nos fue mas fácil que nos atendieran. Puedes pedir un Uber desde el aeropuerto y su costo es mínimo, Ubicado a 5 min del Aeropuerto

Good place to stay

The room has everything we need to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. There were a few minor problems. 1. The room key card would need to be deactivated every time we came back from our excursions. 2. On our first day the room was cleaned but we were not given any towels. 3. Parking lot lights are too dim at night. Other than this it was a good place to stay because of easy access to airport, freeway, and restaurants. We would certainly stay there again.

The City of Albuquerque is aware that all of the street lights out on International Ave and we have been communicating with PNM for a year now to repair the lights only to receive no action in the matter. Close to ABQ Airport

Pros: Close proximity to airport. Great Breakfast. Pool.
Cons: Small rooms. No working lights in the swimming pool area. Bathroom doors are horrible
Location: Lots of restaurants within driving distance.
They have excellent breakfast. Rooms are a bit small. I checked into a non-smoking room but someone clearly had been smoking in it. I reported it to the front desk, they said they would deodorize it next day.

We were pleased to see that you were able to join all the other Balloon Fiesta fans for this once a year International event. We are not sure why you had no lights in the pool as we have always had working lights in our pool area. They are not on during closed pool hours. Sorry that the room had smoke smell we sincerely understand that that is not something a guest should endure. We do have remedies for our guest rooms to remove the smoke residue from former guests who did not abide by our smoke free hotel contract agreement. Over all we hope that you found your stay to be a good stay. Thank you for your review. We thank you for staying with us and we hope to welcome you back soon.

Comfortable night

Pros: The room was nice & cozy. I like that the sink was separate from the bathroom. breakfast was good, the omelette station was a nice touch. Great stay!

Dog Pound

Barking dogs, dogs barking at dogs in other rooms. Wow I've never experienced anything like that. Many rooms on my floor were housing dogs. Some rooms had herds of dogs.

I know right? If people could teach their pets to be quiet then all would be good in the world and at our hotel. We love that our guests are able to travel with their pets but sometimes pet parents leave their pets unattended or they let them bark and bark. The hotel desk agents do the floor checks and call to the rooms. We do have a policy of three calls for excessive noise and you are out but normally it does not come to that. We are sorry that you stayed with us on an unusual night when for some strange reason all the guest rooms that allowed pets were booked solid. We are sorry that that doggie barking happened to you. We did not have herds of dogs but we did have some extra vocal and excited pets that night. This again was not the norm for our hotel.
