This unit has 3 large bedrooms all with king beds, 2 gorgeous bathrooms, front and back patios and a kitchen any chef would love. I like the front porch at sunset when all the lights come on. Very peaceful. Ground floor, grill and a large fenced backyard.

Beautiful home but wrong neighborhood
The home was beautiful but when we arrived we found out it is located in inner city Albuquerque. Instructions left for us when we arrived told us not to leave anything in our vehicle. This was definitely a hardship for us as we were headed to AZ for the winter and our trunk and back seat were totally packed full!! Very disappointing as this would have been nice to know prior to arriving. We DID NOT stay at the house and had to search for other accomodations that didnt require us to unpack our entire car for safety reasons!

Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque
Three couples stayed at this great condo in ABQ for the 51st International Balloon Festival. The unit is top notch and the neighborhood is quiet. Everything was clean and well stocked. All 5 stars!

My husband and I were traveling with our adult children who are both over 6’ tall. It was awesome to find a 3 bedroom rental with all king beds. Lots of room and comfortable seating and a well appointed kitchen. Restaurant and grocery shopping nearby.
