Very nice hotel just off I-25

Pros: A great hotel at a very reasonable price.
Location: Conveniently located just off I-25 and 3 miles south of I-40.
The two room suite was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast quite good. The staff was very helpful and professional. Would certainly stay there again.

Nice location Bothered me to see an exposed garbage disposal when I'm paying theses high prices but other then that room clean, food was good and great facilities But it could use updating on the beds way to soft in the room I stayed in

Front desk guy loaned me his phone charger for hours until my phone finished charging. AWESOME SERVICE.

Usually a GREAT place, but not so much this time..

I have stayed at this Staybridge Suites a number of times and, each time, had wonderful experiences! The people are always friendly, the breakfast is way above average, and the suites are spacious and comfortable. However, this trip was a bit different. First, housekeeping didn't come after my first night. Granted, I had the "Do not disturb" sign out, but as the posted info said, I was out before noon and told the front desk that the room was available for cleaning and to please arrange it. They never came that day. As you need to arrange for weekend housekeeping, I both called the front desk that night and told them on my way out the next morning that I wanted housekeeping on Saturday. I still had to remind them later to have my room cleaned. Also, on this trip, the bed was so soft that my back hurt during my whole stay, and the water pressure was very low. I will stay here again, but expect the high standards to return.

Always a nice stay

We always love staying at Staybridge. The rooms are very accommodating for our large family. It was quite cold in ABQ and the heater in our room didn't seem to work very well. This time the king sized bed was quite lumpy. The lights in the bathroom were not as bright as they have been before. These are small things but maybe some attention can be given to them.

Not worth it!

The hotel has obviously changed it management. Everything is done on the cheap. They clean rooms every 7 days....the breakfast ran out of stuff every morning - inluding place to sit. In the evenings there was only one person of duty and he or she could take care of things. You would see people who just checked in wandering around looking for their rooms. One tiny sampoo for 2 for 4 day stay. Currently, it does not live up it high ratings. There are plenty of other places nicer, and better run places in the area... at lower prices.

Nice hotel in great condition

Our hotel stay was very pleasant with very clean facilities. The staff was very professional. The only issue we had over our Thanksgiving stay was housekeeping failed to clean our room for two days. When we addressed it with the front, the staff was very apologetic and accommodating! Overall, we would definitely stay again, especially for the price!!

A very poor value.

The staffing of the hotel is minimal. The fire alarm on our floor went off in the evening around dinner time...there was only on hotel person around. He said if it bothers you call 911. He was too busy delivering towel and talking on the telephne. The fire depsrtment came and handled it. The breakfast was not great..every day they would run out of essential, Somebody bought this property and is milking it profits. It is not the place it used to be...

Staffing at the hotel is based on our overall occupancy. I was notified that fire alarm did in fact sound during your stay with us. I was also notified that fire department was alerted by the property but was told they were not on property, however, our alarm monitoring company was. They were on property to check on the malfunctioned alarm to ensure everything was repaired and working correctly. I have shared your comment with our team member working that evening in an effort to continue to coach and train our team members that they need to be aware of our guests at all times, and what they may be feeling during any situation. I apologize that you felt my team member was not interested or didn't care about you. I assure you that our guest is our number 1 priority.
