This is honestly probably the worst experience I’ve ever had staying in any hotel. The property lists “Free WiFi”, but I was told during check-in that the hotel does not currently have WiFi due to being remodeled. The property itself is in horrible condition & I saw no evidence of remodeling. Nor did I read anywhere in the property description that it is currently undergoing remodeling. Everything from the elevator to the walkways to the grounds around the hotel was dirty. When I entered my room (room #222), I immediately noticed that the trash container had not been emptied from the previous occupants - including a dirty diaper. The bed looked like it hadn’t even been made & had wrinkled sheets and no top cover (only sheets). In addition the bed was pulled away from the wall as if it had been left only half done. The furniture in the room was in poor condition with stains, food residue, and broken parts. I’ve stayed in budget motels that were cleaner and in better condition than this hotel. If it weren’t for an early, 5am flight out the next morning, I would have requested a refund and found another hotel to stay in.

Unfortunately, they were apparently in the middle of a renovation. There was no vending, including no access to water or other beverages, and this is in the desert. The only internet was unsecure and very spotty. The exterior stairs and balconies were filthy. There was an alarm going off at 4 am in the adjacent room which I brought to their attention, but they never fixed it.

The room was a pig sty; unvacuumed carpets, damaged walls, no pillow cases, blankets or towels. We asked for another room. It was no better, with hammering from renovations in the room above and feces stuck to the inside of the toilet bowl. We then informed the desk clerk we were not staying and found other accommodations. I will be calling Expedia and Visa to have this charge canceled.

For a non-smoking hotel there was a tremendous smoke smell. Due to smoke sensitivity, we could not stay there and had to cancel our reservation. The clerk on duty was very friendly and super helpful.

The front office had a hard time finding our registration then said we didn’t have reservations. The room assigned did not have a tv nor pillows. They eventually brought them but was quite disappointed.
