This is honestly probably the worst experience I’ve ever had staying in any hotel. The property lists “Free WiFi”, but I was told during check-in that the hotel does not currently have WiFi due to being remodeled. The property itself is in horrible condition & I saw no evidence of remodeling. Nor did I read anywhere in the property description that it is currently undergoing remodeling. Everything from the elevator to the walkways to the grounds around the hotel was dirty. When I entered my room (room #222), I immediately noticed that the trash container had not been emptied from the previous occupants - including a dirty diaper. The bed looked like it hadn’t even been made & had wrinkled sheets and no top cover (only sheets). In addition the bed was pulled away from the wall as if it had been left only half done. The furniture in the room was in poor condition with stains, food residue, and broken parts. I’ve stayed in budget motels that were cleaner and in better condition than this hotel. If it weren’t for an early, 5am flight out the next morning, I would have requested a refund and found another hotel to stay in.
