People ware kind and friendly. However, the facilities and conditions were surprisingly lack of standard. I wonder if Hotel.com has standard requirements for selecting is partners.
Great location to downtown convention center, restaurants, bus line. great supplies for making breakfast.

In the middle of town. Probably a former apartment building. Interesting architecture. What I'd expect from a hostel. Interesting people, mainly travelers. Friendly staff. (I stayed in the women's "dormitory," not a private room.)
Friendly staff but... not a place that i felt comfortable staying at. Let's just say that the younger crowd might like the hostel environment but i prefer a more conventional venue. The topping point was no air conditioner with the outside temps over 90 degrees in Albuquerque.
Definitely a hippy flop house. Cockroaches in the kitchen
Shower room the water was squirting all over
However, all of the staff was very friendly.
Thank you
The hostel was a great place to stop for a quick night’s sleep passing through town. We checked in really late and management was really helpful accommodating us after office hours. The room was incredibly hot but it’s New Mexico so what do you expect? I would definitely recommend this hostel.
