Very good hotel. Nice swimming pool, hot tub and 24h gym.

Very nice hotel just off I-25

Pros: A great hotel at a very reasonable price.
Location: Conveniently located just off I-25 and 3 miles south of I-40.
The two room suite was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast quite good. The staff was very helpful and professional. Would certainly stay there again.

OVERBOOKED but turned out OK!!!!

It was late when we arrived and when we finally got to check in...THEY WERE OVER BOOKED!!!! We were sent to one of their sister properties that we have stayed at many times so it was not completely upsetting!!!! Matter of fact...we have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express so many times that we know the desk staff...so it was ok in the end. However, it would be polite to call your guest to let them know in advance what has happened and that way we can go directly to the sister hotel.

I am sorry that we had to relocate you to our sister property, however, I am glad you were able to settle in over there and enjoy your time. I have forwarded your comments to our Front Office Manager as well, so the she can continue to train her team. Generally, an oversold situation happens very last minute, due to a maintenance issue, or some other problem that has occurred, and it is not always possible to let our guests know due to travel periods etc. I will certainly look into this situation, and appreciate that you let us know. No internet!

I was visiting for business. I stayed 2 nights and the internet was OUT the entire time. Each time I asked the woman at the front desk she replied with "We are working on it" with a fake and insulting smile. It wasn't until late on my last evening that the nice gentleman at the desk informed me I can unplug the hotels computer from the business center and plug my computer directly into the connection. This is not ideal as I prefer to work in the privacy of my room, but at least it was more than the rude woman gave me. Will never stay at this chain again due to the fact internet is a MUST.

As I am aware that we were experiencing internet problems, the problems occurred during the hotel's WIFI upgrade. We know have a much faster internet connection and IHG connect ready for all of our guests, which is a new standard for Staybridge Hotels. Great Hotel!

First night, they had overbooked the Hotel and gave our room to someone else which was disappointing but offered us a room, with two roll-away beds, free of cost for the night until the following day when we could get into the room we booked. Outstanding customer service, worked with us and accommodated our rooms.
