The restaurant is not great and the service even worse. Not friendly or helpful in the restaurant which apparently is a separate business. The hotel staff was wonderful.

Lovely place, food was excellent. We were disappointed that hot tub was not working. We chose this place because the description did mention hot tub … but apparently that is NOT all year …. as October was “off season”. Apparently the “ season “ ends September 30, But weather was still 30 degrees!

Lovely modern hotel, clean and up to date. Excellent service and great food both at the free breakfast buffet and in the restaurant for dinner. Spectacular view of the entire city of Palermo - it is outside of the main city, on a hill overlooking the town. The pool and hot tub were too cold to use, but other than that, the stay was wonderful. We specifically chose this location to be able to not have to drive into the busy parts of the city, taking taxis was much easier.

It is on the mountain away from the city center. The swimming pools have fantastic view. The hotel provides mini vans to go to the center, beach, and bus and train stations. The ride is not free but the price is reasonable. I loved relaxing.

The standard room comes with the balcony and no matter what I said they're telling me that it didn't. But on paper it did... the shower had no pressure couldn't even wash your hair. ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBER WERE VERY RIDE,

Great place just outside of Palermo
Convenient to Palermo but not in the center of the city. On the outskirts. Parking was available. A bit difficult to find, as it's on a cliff surrounding the city. Overlooks the city and the bay. Kind staff, very accommodating, breakfast was lovely.

A nice 4 night stay close to Palermo
Nice small hotel in Baida on the outskirts of Palermo. The room was lovely with a balcony overlooking the city and sea. It is based high in the hills so easily accessible to get into the city by car and a short walk to the bus stop.

If you are using your GPS it will take you in their back private area lol. Check in was great they were very nice. We had to roll our own luggage cart since the older man didnt want to help. Bathroom is huge with a little shower. View of Palermo is amazing from our balcony. Breakfast not much to choose from. The man served some of our breakfast and other stuff that was closed we can grab. Juice was extra sweet so we had to do half juice half water. Restaurant they have for dinner is so good! We were tired and it was our last night we just decided to eat there. Felt super safe there especially leaving our car outside. If i ever come back i would stay there again!

I liked it that there was a shuttle (I had to pay for) to downtown) Palermo…I was bothered, that I told I wanted an extension of the shuttle to the train station, and the shuttle driver told me AI wanted the extension to the airport!… I’m especially mad that this hotel was in the middle of “nowheres ville”. There was nothing near the hotel! The center of town was 30 minutes driving away from the hotel!

Beatiful view, just what we were looking for to relax and chill, but few things, swimming pool too cold for kids, plus kids dont have access to jacuzzi, and biggest disappointment, some belongings were stolen from the room, we reported it, but no solution or compensation or even apology, so keep your things locked if you travel here...

The staff was very friendly and professional. The restaurant excellent!!! Our servers Nino,Salvadore,and Paolo great gentlemen. But all the sites and city center require taxis; the hotel does a reasonable service. The view from our room just beautiful!!!

Fantastic view of sea and Palermo. Great pool deck and terrace. Watch the private planes come and go from your balcony. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was average. Limited parking and street parking is narrow. A little far from center of Palermo.
