The location is great, parking beside building and less than a minute walk to great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The apartment was extremely clean, including the linens. Will 100% book again for a stay in Knoxville. ”

“No real complaints about anything. A couple suggestions though. Although it didn’t rain while we stayed there, it would be nice if the place had a full size umbrella, just in case. Also, there was body soap, shampoo and conditioner but there was no body lotion. A couple small bottles of lotion would have been nice. I would definitely stay here again.”
