The lobby was under construction. No vending or ice machines on my floor. Or anywhere…per policy, I received new towels, the bathroom was in order, but no one made the bed. The fitted sheets did not fit the bed. The containers on the walls (soap etc.) were convenient, but I was concerned about the contents and the frequency with which the containers were cleaned. Thank you.
Nice place to stay, expensive pet fee $75. Currently renovating (great) but parking limited due to construction equipment

For a Hampton Inn, I was not impressed. The lady that checked us in ended up checking someone else into our room the second day. I found out when I asked for towels and gave her my room number. She said I was a no-show. What? She had checked me in the day before! I was in a hurry, so I asked her to please not let someone else into my room and please have the towels put in the room. She didn't even do that. She had an attitude like I had done something wrong. The lobby was not a typical Hampton Inn set-up. We didn't even bother having breakfast there. One of the elevators got stuck while we were there. The room was ok. Nothing special.
Doing a full renovation and new look is really nice.

The property is under renovation and the new rooms look great… But the lobby area and the lack of ice & drink machines during the renovation was negative for our trip

Property was close to airport, only rated lower due to construction, but that was not an issue for us.
This place is a total mess, construction on the lobby, elevators malfunctioning, dust and construction things around the entire first floor, the receptionist is seating on a desk in front of the elevators like an old school teacher, this place shouldn't been open on those conditions,
The breakfast was horrible and staff was not organized

The room was Very comfortable and clean. It's undergoing some remodeling which will make this hotel even better. Good service and good breakfast. Shuttle service to the airport very good and punctual.

I have stayed at this Hampton several times as it is close to my Alcoa office. The endless construction is beginning to wear on me however. I'm tired of smelling paint and other odors all the time and being totally honest, the quality of the new construction isn't the best - very sloppy work. Hopefully it'll get better as it is a convenient place to stay.

Ok, but needs cleaning
Stayed just one night as our plane got in late. We need a place to crash overnight until continuing on the next day. I understand but they’re doing construction. However, the cleanliness that we had an issue with was not due to construction. It was the hair in the showers and the yellow brown streaks on the shower walls, those just kind of made us go ewwww.

The property is being refreshed so there are workers and equipment around the property. The rooms available were already remodeled and were very nice.
The floor that my room was on had been recently renovated. It was clean and well appointed. The courtesy breakfast offered a nice variety and was clean and well attended.
The property is under construction. We were not aware of this! There was virtually no place to park and at one time our car was blocked in. Trash and debris is everywhere and it is very, very noisy. Our room had been renovated, but someone needs to buy these people some magic erasers and brooms because the clean up was sub par. We received no apologies, just blank stares and shrugs. Very disappointing.
We’ve stayed here numerous times and the time before this was 2 years ago and they said they were redoing the hotel. Fast forward 2 years and still not done. It’s dated but clean although the beds and pillows are the worst. Not much counter space in bathroom and not enough drawers for two people. The staff is phenomenal and they go above and beyond to help make your stay pleasant. I get their hands are tied but honestly I don’t think we will go back in 2 years.

Need to finish work. Noisy.
Room was nice. Host offered water. But had to ask room number after checkin. Need to make more clear. I say this because I was awoken at 1AM by person who didn't know their room number violently shaking the door. Combined with construction starting at 8AM - too much noise and not enough rest.
