Needs TLC

We have stayed at this property several times over the last 6 years, under different brands. We were disappointed in this stay. The property is not being maintained. The shower had cracked and peeling paint. The toilet shifted when I sat on it. I repaired the loose shower head. The faucet handle was loose.

Everything was great. Staff, the room, wish the breakfast choice was more.

Staff held my bag because I was accidentally ejected from the room due to "Expedia" error, but it was quickly corrected and I allowed to come back and stay in my previous room. The staff kept my items safe; the room was quite nice (didn't smell like smoke-Thank the heavens) and the bed was probably one of the least granite-like I have ever slept on.

I have stayed here numerous times with my daughters and I am very partial to this hotel. Whenever I am in the Knoxville area, usually because of the hospital, I will stay here. They are always so gracious, friendly and extremely helpful. I love this place and will recommend it to everyone. Thank you Quality Inn.

The room itself was great. The staff was great. We loved our stay but what I DO NOT love is the fact that I reserved and paid online through hotels.com and even told the receptionist that but she said she still had to have my card. And then the motel charged me 2 more times for staying in the room I had already paid for. So I basically paid for 6 night when I only stayed 1 night and most of the next day. I'm still trying to get my money out back on my card. And even once they do I have 2 wait up to 15 days to get my 274.00 back. Complete inconvenience and complete b.s
