“Bed, pillows, linens were the BEST! Chuck was friendly & helpful. The two building situation was confusing, and the front has a VERY small sign, making it hard to find. This is an urban location, despite the beautiful garden pictures. Parking is not convenient, but is provided and secure. Main home is beautiful with common areas you want to take pictures of - woodwork, staircase, ceiling details were lovely. Garden is comfortable and peaceful. We felt welcome with coffee/tea & baked……

“plain and simple. nice. comfortable bed, private bathroom, it's August there's A/C never needed to turn on. an open screened window afforded a cool mountain welcome breeze. Cable TV as well also never powered up. Live action right outside. especially welcome was the quiet evening enabling sound sleep. no airplanes, no ambulance sirens. the morning gathering for breakfast was friendly and the food offered was welcome and satisfying. highly recommend this gem”

“Very lovely old house, the hostess makes you feel right at home and cooks a fresh breakfast that was delicious. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. If I had to make a criticism, I would say there is one bathroom for three rooms, but was really not an issue at all, because two of the rooms have sinks in them. Definetly recommend.”

“Agnes was an amazing host! Our stay was incredibly smooth and convenient. The drive to Hunter Mountain was just a short 15 minutes, making it so easy to get there. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and it was a special touch knowing the eggs were from their own farmed chickens. When it was time to check out, they went above and beyond by helping us clear the snow off our car! We had such a great experience and will definitely be coming back for another visit!”
