An excellent quality all inc resort. It is child friendly with 2 great children's pools, play area and an indoor activity area with very friendly staff. The rooms and hotel is kept exceptionally clean. The only thing that let the place down a little was the tiny things that the hotel charged for even though your paying a decent amount and we were all inclusive, such as a daily charge if you want to use your in-room safe! And charging 30 euro just for a late check out - even for only 1 extra hour! These have always been free in every hotel I've ever stayed in. Other than this, I cannot fault the hotel and our experience at all. It was excellent. The hotel is also a perfect location and the beach is beautiful.

Nice clean hotel, however would have preferred if there were more amenities. Only one main restaurant and the other is a bookable one. Beach is right next to the hotel and it was beautiful. The hotel is also very beautiful.

There are 2 good things about this hotel - the beach and the showers. We stayed in Room 402 - avoid it like the plague - the elevators run all night and sounds like missiles are landing in the room. No one speaks English and I consider myself a decent Spanish speaker but not sure what version of Spanish they speak at the property. What's interesting is that when we ventured outside of the hotel - we could communicate in Spanish just fine in all of our other encounters - I am unsure what language they speak at the hotel. The music doesn't stop until late at night so forget resting anyway. No personal control of the balcony light - so even without the noise it's too bright to sleep. I was traveling with my daughter so I booked 2 beds - my daughter is 5' 2" and her legs hung way over the "2nd bed" - which was really just a couch - plus it took 3 attempts to finally get linens - which btw this hotel has no comforters or bedspreads - just a single top sheet on the bed - an old one in fact. Never try to call the front desk - it's a waste of time. They don't answer. I was on hold for 22 minutes before I realized it was futile and I needed to walk down there is I really needed the linens. The breakfast is boring, weird and cold - one morning I asked for a coke zero - the employee answered, "Not possible". I asked, "Why?" and she walked away - clearly out of English (or Spanish words to use - or maybe just didn't care?). Skip this place - there are many other excellent choices.
