“The 1st room they assigned me, I walked into it and the room had not been serviced. Same thing in the 2nd room as there was a sleeping bag on the bed and someone had been using the pillows. The 3rd room, the shower didn't work...and so they had to give me a room without a King size bed but 2 queen beds and the shower looked like it had fungus all over it and I could not close the bathroom door as it had wrought out and it was missing the piece that would go into the door frame to keep the door……
