“My only issue with the property was the flights of stairs. The apartment is beautifully equipped, spacious and extremely comfortable. I stayed for a week and found it to be less than 10 minute walk to a range of restaurants and shops including a CVS. Check in was easy and they gave me a late checkout as my flight was not until the evening. Highly recommended ”

“The unit was great, all we expected and more! Communication with the host was not as great as expected. A text was sent a couple of weeks prior to our stay which had an incorrect address, so check in was a bit confusing. Parking was available but extra charge not disclosed. Asked in advance for baby bed, but had to wait for that to be delivered. Much of the information I sent on the front end of the transaction seems was not received by the host.”

“While the apartment was neat, it could have been cleaner and the linens most of all. There were make-up stains all over the towels and bed linens. I had to wash them and then they came out clean. The property manager, Henry, was attentive but it does not minimize that the stove had foul fumes due to a protective coating on the bottom of the stove, which have me a 2 day headache. The owner did not seem to care. We had to purchase our own towels and placed sweatshirts over the pillows to avoid...

“The location was great and close to the Fillmore. There are lots of great restaurants in the area. The room itself has a strange layout with a narrow common space. The couch only seats 2 and there is no other furniture in the living room. There was not enough pillows/towels for us. There were no spare linens and no kitchen towels or paper towels. There were instructions to wash the dishes but no cleaner. The walls and counter were covered in a brick pattern with what appeared to be contact paper...
