Reservation? What reservation?

With 2 forms of confirmation from expedia in hand these aces could not find it. We soon had 3 staff members involved trying to prove it was Expedia's problem. Bottom line; five minutes in to this mess we asked "Do you have a room for us?". They said sure and then went back to their quest for the truth for ten more minutes.

Good hotel for the cost

Pros: staff
Location: stopped for a sleep
A 2 star hotel that provides good value for the rent charged. A basic hotel yes but the staff were as welcoming and helpfull as any staff any where. They were more than friendly attentive they were eager to help and went out of their way to do so. There is an indoor pool and spa tub, nuff said.

Close to our Grandchildren

Pros: We have stayed here before as it is close to our family, the nice man that checked us in was very polite.
Cons: A Update could be done in the rooms.
Location: Close to family and a variety of restaurants for food.
We had a great visit with our Grandchildren and when waking up in the morning, we had no hot water for our showers. I did tell the young girl at check out and she said that someone said it wasn't hot the night before and then she said that someone else said it wasn't hot in the morning. She didn't seem to care and said have a great day. Wow... really!!

I was disappointed

There was a mouse we had to kill in the hall our room its self was very loud to point i couldnt sleep the breakfast also sucked
