Lots of trash behind property I'm sure it's not the hotel property but the city of Alexandria should do something maybe manger of hotel could contact the city to see if anything can be done

This was a great, affordable place to stay. The staff was friendly and everything was clean. The breakfast was simple but had plenty of variety.

Snow and ice in the parking lot that was never shoveled, made my kids skip, fall, and get hurt. It snowed last week and it’s just laziness for not shoveling it.

Property looks to be recently remodeled. Front desk person was very friendly and helpful. For the price I was concerned it would be run down, but that is definitely not the case. Bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Before going to our event Sat morning we had asked about clean washcloths, we were told the room would be serviced. We came back in the evening to have nothing done in the room and had to go back and ask the front desk for clean washcloths before leaving for dinner. when we got back, the washcloths were by our door, not in a bag laying on the ground. as far as the room, it is worn, the tub was very worn and while clean, did not look clean because of the wear and tear. Mattress was overly soft and worn as well. The luggage card was dirty and stained at the base. On saturday the pool area was flooded a few inches out of the pool onto the pool deck. We took a pass at using the pool and hot tub for this reason. Not worth the price paid for our stay, we will look somewhere else next time in the area.

Pros - convenient, quiet, fabulous continental breakfast, and great dining options. Cons - Old smelly couch, lack of lighting, dried up glue on the desk, desk chair that drops to the ground when you sit down, and no quilt on the bed.

Perhaps some attention is needed.
The front desk staff was pleasant. The facilities were very run down and in disrepair. We were in our king room, the pool are and the gym facilities.... all needed attention.
