Liked the convenience to Metro and downtown

Posted Oct 1, 2017
Pros: Location
Was nice area, close to Metro. Loved downtown Alexandria. Parking available onsite;however parking spaces so small, it was very difficult to get into a space.

Close to Metro

Pros: Convenient to metro, very clean and excellent service.
Outstanding service from Aiden and Ashleigh at the bar, Annie at the breakfast grill and the housekeeping staff. The room was clean and comfortable, with all amenities necessary for a active D.C. Sightseeing trip.

Very nice, great location.

Posted Aug 24, 2017
Pros: Great location, metro station right across the street. Breakfast was awesome!
Cons: Furniture needs updated.
Location: Old Town Alexandria is just a walk away down King St. Very convenient location. Metro stations right across the street to take you into DC.
Very nice hotel, great amenities. The breakfast was awesome with made to order omelets available. The the hotel is a little worn (furniture nicked up, cupboard handles hanging off) but that is the only negative I can come up with. Parking is outrageous at $34.00 a day. But, metro stop is right across the street. We parked at Huntington Station (2 stops away) that has free weekend parking and allows overnight parking and took the metro to the hotel. Worked perfectly. There is even a free Trolley bus to downtown Old Town Alexandria you can take. You get it right across the street from the hotel.

Great for sight seeing. I found it disappointing to have to pay for parking. The rooms where felt a bit small but other than that it worked out.
