Convenient location . . . poor service.

This is now a Holiday Inn -- a hotel chain I rarely utilize. This one was actually pretty nice, for the most part. I paid in advance for my room . . . and the desk clerk at check-in said he had no record of it. I had to push him to check, which he finally did. I paid in advance for breakfast with the room . . . and the desk clerk said he could find no record of it; a second person came to the desk and readily found it. The restaurant was essentially fast food and the service at breakfast was miserable. The room, however, was great -- large and comfortable. Would I stay again? Probably, but I would not use the restaurant and I would bring receipts with me to check in.
