Great room for the price.

The room was great and offered full size shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Shampoo was empty and shower gel near empty. Staff was very accommodating and promptly provided refills. Breakfast was lacking waffles or pancakes. Worst part of the stay. Get a waffle maker!

Careless Staff

The staff are nice people and the breakfast was great. However, the overall experience with the hotel was unpleasant. I stayed there with my one-year-old son. The room was noisy that you can hear people talking in the hallway. Around 9 pm someone tried to get into the room by door keys. What happened was that the couple outside got the keys in a wrong case with my room number on it from the front desk. Later the front desk lady called me twice and then sent me a new key in person. I know it was for security purpose but all things happened just woke my son up and cost me another hour to put him back to sleep. I was so frightened. What if those strangers just broke into my room at night while only my son and I were in the room? So we had to change our trip plan and leave the hotel one day earlier. Will never come back.

Convenient but dated, Great Staff

Pros: Friendly and Sincere Staff
Cons: Cleanliness of rooms and updated receptacles for things like cell phones (plugs or USB)
Location: Old Town Alexandria, D.C., etc.
Convenient to main highways and relatively economical for that area. However, the shower and sink spat black water when we first turned them on and the hot water feed to the sink was turned off for some reason. The nightstand seemed clean until we moved the clock. Now, here's the good part: My wife became ill during our projected two night stay and we had to leave early. The clerk at the front desk, Freddie, couldn't have been more helpful and kind. He seemed genuinely concerned and did everything within his power to help. If he's not already a manager, he should be. His kind of work ethic is the foundation of the hospitality industry.

Amazing Services

Pros: Between Uber and Metro's Trains, The shuttle's schedule enhance all our travel plans. The breakfast was "right on time" each morning!
Cons: WI-FI service increase for the 1st floor level.
Location: On our next visit, we will posted reviews from the nearby locations. From our last visit, we done all the things to do in DC
Our Son and I drove from Tenn to DC to visit the Monuments Mall. Because of a late start, our arrival was over in the early morning. With much communication, we were lost that caused most of the delay, our GPS confused us a few times. The staff did not charged us for the night of our arrival.

Pros: Nice big room. Very clean and pleasant.
Cons: Breakfast could easily be improved. Eggs were inedible and bacon wasn't cooked thru and was full of grease. Everything else was fine.
Experience was nice. Had to ask staff several times to clean microwave in store area. Everyone on staff was very accomodating and pleasant.

Weekend Getaway

Enjoyed our stay. The room was upgraded to a king suite which gave us ample room. Great location near MGM Casino, the National Harbor, and not far from FedEx Field. Great hotel staff too.

Cons: Conditioner in shower was connected to wall and the pump wasn't working.
Location: MGM Casino & National Harbor - Both enjoyable visits
Like it enough to stay another night. Convenient Location. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed and pillows.

Pleasant staff and great accomodations

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Breakfast time was really busy and it took a good bit of time for the food to get replenished. The food was great!
The hotel was very clean and was a pleasant stay. Comfortable beds. Spacious room. Breakfast was great. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. I will definitely book here again when in the area!
