convenient location. generally quiet/comfortable

1)management allowed a pick-up and trailer (residents of #125) to block 5+ room-front parking places night of 1/26/16.
I did not complain because I could barely still park in front of my room, but I am sure some guests must have been inconvenienced
2)upon returning to my room after breakfast, my electronic key would not work. maintenance had to bring a hair dryer to unfreeze the lock. fortunately I didn't have a tight schedule or flight to catch. it caused at least a 10-15 minute delay in my check-out
3)toilet acted like it was going to stop up, but it would eventually go down
