The room was clean and in a nice area, but there was large cockroach that terrorized us all night (he was too fast for us to kill him or he went too high)

Excellent service and rooms

The hotel itself was quite nice. We arrived right after a big storm, including a tornado hitting the area. The power was out all over. The owner gave us some small battery operated lights for the room, which was a big help and we really appreciated. The room was quite large, very nice and clean and everything in it worked. The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The area itself does not have a lot to do; you really only want to go there on business or for family matters, as we were there for.

Bad Experience

Pros: Not at all.
There are bedbugs in the bed that we booked and we shoot a video. The hotel refused to refund.

Wish I had a better choice.

Had few options in area after LSU Bama game. Had to settle for this location. It was a motel and not what I would expect from this chain. Room was old and needed major improvement. Relatively clean. We skipped the breakfast and left ASAP.

Passing Through

The sheets on the bed had several bloody stains and I immediately requested removal. The owner apologized, but why didn't the cleaning staff see this! The bathroom was also not cleaned and the wifi did not work. Not a comfortable stay.
