Very nice staff and great service!!

Overall our experience was wonderful! The staff was amazing. The room was great and spacious. Pool was cold, but the room the pool was in was warm. I would definitely stay there again with my family!

Mostly great!

Pros: The staff are beyond nice. Like seriously one of the nicest hotel staff I've ever known.
Cons: The smoke alarm was not connected when we arrived. The next night it started the low battery chirping at 1:30am. Also, ants by the pool.

Big comfortable bed. Sleep well. Just needed a bigger pillow. There were 5 small pillows and no big pillows.

Convenient and clean

This hotel was a really nice place and I will go back. I'm a little concerned at the hotel conditions bc I can see there are holes and cracks in the floor near the elevator and other places. However, the rooms were nice and comfortable and the breakfast was hot and delicious. I will be returning.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, modern room, very comfortable. Excellent continental breakfast and the coffee is delicious! I would stay here again. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants also

Softball Tournament

I've stayed at many Sleep Inn properties and this by far was the worse!!! From the extremely low beds, to the horrible breakfast. The rooms are very outdated. I bruised my shin on a railing that sticks out about 2 inches from the bed!!! This hotel was BARELY acceptable for a one night stay. It's been 4 days since I checked out and I'm still waiting on them to release the $131 hold they placed on my debit card for "courtesy fee" that I was never aware of. I would drive 50+ miles to another hotel before I would stay there again!!!!!

This motel is a filthy joke. I wouldn't let my dog stay there. Hateful, very very rude staff. Dirty rooms, nasty bathrooms.

I am very sorry you had such a terrible experience at the Sleep Inn Pineville. We have been working very hard to get the hotel cleaned back up since your stay. There was a temporary lack of solid management at the property which lead to some lax conditions. New management has come in with strong Choice background and 30 years of hotel experience and our more current reviews show this improvement already.
