"Very nice and clean property. Staff are so attentive and hard working. Lots of vegetarian food options in breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lots of bars with variety of drinks and liquor available. Very nice and clean beach front resort with fancy pool and cabanas, dedicated pool for children. Easily accessible from airport and downtown Cancun. Allowed us early check in by 3-4 hours. Highly recommend for someone with a family or even if its just girls trip or boys trip. "

"The property had everything we needed for the kids. The kids paradise area was very nice and the kids enjoyed it. Also the kids club for below 3 was a good break for us, but they only allow 1.45 hrs in the morning and 1 hr in the evening for drop offs. The restaurants were average, the buffet was also an average. There were shops, boutiques and a clinic inside the property. The overall experience was nice, the people were nice, the vibe was great and we had fun."

"This is an all-inclusive hotel. All meals and drinks are included. Our room was lovely, and the bed was so comfortable. The balcony had a table with two chairs and a nice, cozy heart-shaped outdoor bed. Their pools were clean and cool to swim in. There were plenty of fun things to do at this hotel. The meals were amazing! "

"The property is beautiful. Pool is clean. Beach is lovely. Food and drinks were excellent. In saying all that the real gem of this property is the staff ! They are wonderful! So hardworking. They will bend over backwards to please you. The only thing I would complain about ( nothing to do with the property or the staff) is that there was a lot of kids. We kept to the adult area, but unfortunately, the adults area isn’t very big by the pool. We really wanted to go to Excellence ( Adults Only) next door but they were fully booked. And in saying all this, would I go back to Finest??? absolutely! I would just prepare myself for all the kids. "
