About the moist, yes, this winter had a lot of rain and, although we sealed outwardly the building and although we've opened the windows to have air circulation and although we've turn on the dehumidifier, some moisture remains. Sometimes all our efforts do not translate in practice, but that doesn't mean we do not want to do our best to satisfy our customers. About the smell, this is probably due to the smell of the Arade River. Sometimes the river has this smell that emanates throughout the city, having nothing to do directly with the hotel.
