A great place the stay. Lovely spacious rooms with views over the garden and swimming pool towards the sea. Lovely friendly staf and great food. Highly recommended!

We appreciate that the property was well-kept up. It was very clean. The rooms were large and comfortable. Close to beaches which was the main reason we were there.

This hotel was amazing!!! Only a very short drive to Praia De Luz where we not only went to the beautiful beach but we had amazing dinners for 3 nights. This location was up the hill with views of the sea. The pool was relaxing and the room inviting. We loved it so much, we stayed an extra day.

Loveky stay at Luzmar vilas
Were upgraded and had a fantastic superior room with sea views The pool area and gardens are well maintained, pretty shrubs and palm trees. We enjoyed a lovely buffet breakfast which was constantly replenished even included oat and soya milk and corn bread, fresh fruit. Bus stop nearby and cafes snd great Brazilian returant less thsn 5 min min drive away, walking about 15 mins to beach. Staff very helpful theres a small bar and pool table available.

The staff were more than excellent, the room very large and clean and the breakfast was abundant and fresh. The area was very safe but a good, and somewhat rugged, 15-20 minute walk to the downtown area.

Fabulous Hotel
Cycling with friends and we couldn't have picked a better hotel. Staff were great, rooms were immaculate and i would have no hesitation in staying here again. Thank you to the reception staff for being so accommodating with us, storing bikes etc.

Brand new bathroom, extremely clean. Room was nice. Staff very accommodating and friendly. My plane arrived late so I caught a later train than expected. The front desk stayed open and waited for me to arrive. They called and checked on my whereabouts as well. A pleasant stay overall.

Amazing room, very clean, staff were lovely and very helpful.The gardens and pool were beautiful.The only thing that let it down it was a good twenty minute walk to the beach that was downhill but was uphil coming back

There is no early checkout facility and no breakfast if you have to check out early. Just need to be organised to sort something the night before.... I forgot!!! Otherwise a super little spot and handy to Luz, Lagos and Burgau

Very pleasantly surprised
We initially picked this hotel simply because it was reasonably priced and the pictures looked adequate enough for us but were we pleasantly surprised! The staff was very kind and accommodating, our room was spacious and clean and the pool was beautiful. We had free breakfast, which was delicious as well as the dinner at the hotel. I had a great experience

Felt like a rock star
Our visit was out of season. Therefore, our experience was enhanced even more. Staff were all very polite, friendly and attentive. Our room was upgraded on arrival and we couldn't have been happier. Extra large rooms, well thought out and equipped. Slept well every night. Breakfast was delightful. Evening meal was good. View from balcony relaxing and the pool is a good size. We travelled by train from Faro to Lagos, hopping onto a No.4 bus which stops right outside the apartments. But beware Public transport is infrequent and its difficult to know where to get on and off. That didn't deter us though and we were able to explore Luz and Lagos. Make sure you have the funds for your journey home, as a taxi costs between 95-120 euro from this location to the airport. Loved our time here and will definitely go back.

We visited the facility location twice but never found the management! The gate was locked although a dog did bark. We left a note and returned to downtown Cascais for a late lunch and returned again at about 6 p.m. the note describing our plight that we had we had left sticking out of their mailbox apparently had not been read nor touched. There was no sign on the property and no telephone number posted. We desperately hope we were not charged for that reservation! We went ahead and reserved a room in another hotel through Hotels.com. the Hotels.com listing for this establishment disappeared when we checked at 6:30 p.m. Please check our financial record for this aborted attempt to stay at the mysterious Tea & Jazz establishment.

Lovely stay
We had a lovely week in this hotel, the room we got (sea view) was just amazing, waking up to that view was something so memorable and beautiful. The room was big, and had some nice furniture. Check in was easy, the lady ( I think is the owner) realised I was quite tired and offered to show the rest of the room to my partner while I was resting in bed but when she opened the curtains I immediately had to get up and have a look at that amazing balcony with pool and sea view We used to get the bus just next to the hotel to go to Lagos and then we would come back to Luz to have dinner in town, at night we would stay in the balcony. Breakfast was very nice, plenty of healthy options along with English breakfast. The fruit was so amazing, specially the melon. We had dinner at the hotel one night, which was a buffet, it was very nice as well. The staff were lovely, receptionist helped us to get to places by public transport, and the waiters, were very helpful, polite and they were in the dining room checking everything is OK all the time My only concern was Internet, WiFi was not very good, so make sure you have plenty of data in your phone if you want to send pictures to your relatives, etc while being in the hotel. The pool was cleaned everyday and it was not busy. they provide the towels free of charge When we checked out, the receptionist looked after our luggage and we went for a walk in Luz Thank you so much for your hard work we had a beautiful holiday that we wont forget

It was too far from the centre of town.
The food for breakfast and dinner wasn't great, it was over cooked and not fresh. The main downside is that you need transportation to go anywhere.

Beautiful Villas
The Villas are beautiful inside and out. The landscaping is a tropical paradise. The service was very good and the staff were quite helpful. Would highly recommend the Villas.
