Never made it past checkin

Pros: Nothing
Cons: A room available that had been booked.
Location: secure car park; however my car was only parked there for two hours.
Despite dropping my bags off two hours prior, at checkin I was advise there was no room available as there had been an incident with a pipe(?). Travelling with my nine year old son for a short trip I had no option other than to accept the alterative offered by the management. I was advised that hotel was a better option anyway. If that is true, I cannot imagine what this hotel must have been like.

Not again

Sorry to say that the stay was a disappointment. Reception open from 12-20, not 08-24 as stated (no problem for us, but anyway). No remote controls for TV or aircondition = neither of theese were working. Homepage states daily cleaning - but no such thing happened. Wi-Fi not promised - it worked, though, in the corridor, but not in the room. If a low price causes low service, just say so - anybody can make their choise, perhaps even choose this hotel and not get disappointed when facts are known in advance.

Regarding your comment it is convenient to explain the following: - In low season the reception is open from 12 pm to 8 pm, as it is published; - If the remote controls were not working properly, our staff would be more than happy to replace them, if only they had known; - The cleaning service is performed on a daily basis and if there was a disruption, in which we believe, it should have been reported on time, so that our staff could have solved it right away; - Our wi-fi service is only available on common areas, as it is published. Mes atostogavo 2015.10.05-2015.10.15 viešbutyje Regina. Kambaris buvo labai prastas su senais baldais. Kur tik neprisiliesi viskas lūžta. Bet vieta labai patogi pačiame miesto centre. Labai patogus mašinų parkavimas, įvažiavimas ir išvažiavimas į viešbuti iš pagrindinio kelio. Nežiurint į trūkumus dar karta grižčiau į `Regina`

Ideal location

Perfect location, couldn't have been closer to the Square and the beach. Rooms could do with being updated and painted.
