Good value.

Good value hotel, no parking, centrally located, close to all amenities. Only criticism, no soap or anything in the bathroom. Will know next time.

comfort and cleanliness

Posted Feb 26, 2017
Pros: Its simple but with adequate facilities; also its location and cleanliness.
Cons: The safe in the room was broken so we couldn't use it.
Location: It is located about 200 meters from the sea and the old town of Faro. There are pedestrianised streets with plenty of restaurants and shops.
It was comfortable and clean. It was in the centre of Faro, suitable for exploring the surrounding towns using local transport. Staying in February it was also quiet. We were fortunate to get a room with a view on the 5th floor away from traffic noise.

Nice budget hotel close to centre

Posted Feb 21, 2017
We had a good three night stay. Hotel was well maintained, helpful staff and good facilities. The location was great for looking round Faro, it was a quiet time of year but there was very little noise from the street. Good area for restaurants and getting out to places of interest. Breakfast was European style buffet that suited us well and the price while probably being a bit high for breakfast was worth it for the convenience.

Had higher expectations

Posted Dec 21, 2016
Pros: Staff attention to matters.
Cons: Sound proofing of rooms, floors and exterior. Wildlife outside can be annoying too.
Location: Various cafes, restaurants and things to see/do.
Though staff were nice and generally accommodating, the location of the hotel is not great - noises can be heard between rooms/floors/from outside. Don't expect a good night's sleep at this hotel.
