Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location

This is a lovely hotel . The staff are exceptional and incredibly hospitable. We had gone for a break for my birthday and my daughter's birthday and was taken aback to find a table set up in my room with tea, cakes and a beautiful birthday cake on the day of my birthday. This was a complete surprise and really made our stay very, very special. We would highly recommend this hotel and would like to thank all the staff for making our stay so memorable.

Great hotel Lives up to 5 star rating

Pros: Facilities, staff, and position.
Cons: Balcony door didn't lock. I didn't like the frosted glass bathroom door.
Location: Right by a beautiful beach on one side and the Marina on the other. Numerous bars, nightlife and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk.
Lovely family room with sea view. Great large balcony with comfy seating. Well positioned in Vilamoura. Staff from checkin to departure excellent. Lovely bar. Good range of food at breakfast. Gym small but well equipped. Indoor pool a bonus. Complementary afternoon tea in the room a bonus and unexpected surprise.

Great location

Pros: Huge internal spaces, and a relaxed environment
Cons: Quality of Mechanical maintenance in rooms (ie Heating / Air Con, and TV's
Location: Beautiful Marina with great bars and restaurants. A 5 Star environment
Hotel, bar, experience was wonderful. Only problem I had was that the TV didnt work and the Heating / Air Conditioning didnt work. A Shame, but didnt really effect the enjoyment of our break.

Great location

Hotel was very quiet when we stayed, had a great sea view. There were some building works going on next door but we were out most of the day. Room wasnt double glazed so might be noisey in peak season

High class efficient and comfortable hotel

Excellent hotel in a lovely setting between sea front and marina. A good choice of activities on offer. We chose 2 on separate days and both were informative, enjoyable and good value for money. Every member of staff we came into contact with were efficient and polite.

Excellent hotel and facilities

Went for a shot break mid November Hotel in a beautiful location- our room overlooking the marina. Staff throughput attentive and polite - food exquisite and room spotless The only down side was the hotel was extremely busy with a large conference which made public areas congested and a little noisy - that said service was still very efficient and pool area nice and relaxing. Courtesy bus to golf courses a bonus too Will definitely go back

⭐️⭐️Amazing 5 ⭐️Star Hotel ⭐️⭐️

This was our third trip to this amazing Hotel and it was even better than before. We were upgraded to a lovely suite with a fabulous sea view, plus we were given a bottle of Bubbly and chocolate strawberries for our Wedding Anniversary. The Staff were all so lovely and couldn't do enough for you, they all work so hard to ensure you have a pleasant stay, especially Maria who dealt with our booking and made herself known to us during our stay. Above and beyond expectations.

Great hotel

Cons: Free wifi!
Lovely hotel, good facilities, excellent location right on the marina and the beach, helpful and friendly staff. Minor quibble - who still charges for wifi in this day and age?? Seriously!! Although the free wifi in the reception areas is pretty good, and works in all the public areas, the breakfast room and (just) the gym, so not as annoying as it could have been.

A real treat!

Was a great hotel located right on the marina and on the edge of the beach. The best of both worlds! If the cities were fantastic-very chic and sophisticated. Nothing was too much for the staff. We would definitely return and recommend it to others.
