“The bathroom shower was missing the plastic that keeps water in the tub. Due to that there was water damage and high potential for mold. Due to dealing with personal health issues we could not risk some where with a high potential of mold. We saw some signs and the seal between the tub and tile floor was open so water could easily flow under the tub and floor. The host dismissed the concern. We ended up leaving as soon as we discovered the problem. We spent one night since we arrived very late……

“The place was very much as advertised. Nothing fancy, but nice and clean. The kitchen was equipped with all the things we needed. Beds were comfortable. Parking in the back was easy. However, what really stood out was the clarity and responsiveness of the property managers. The directions for arrival and on the house were thorough and clear. Kitchen could have more accessories such as wine glasses, drip coffee maker (the k-cups maker doesn't make good coffee plus the plastic waste). Also the garage is pretty tight if two cars are parked. “Mediocre and bare bones: 1 washcloth for 5 ppl, 1 hand towel for 2 ba, no hand soap, 1 conditioner for 2 showers, Keurig machine w/ no pods, no Kleenex anywhere. 1/2 broken swing outside, sheets like sandpaper! (pilled), ants when we arrived on kitchen counter and baits throughout the house, splatter/drip stains on the walls (DR ba). Michael gave 2 door codes, both wrong. The twin bed was very uncomfortable (even for a kid), it's on a very noisy main 4 lane road and the renters above were loud……

"The room is quite tight but with all well designed necessities which the customers demand is considered . Most functions of dining , meeting and working are allocated in its lobby areas to get the community more closely. The only thing I am not get used to is u need to carry the bottle of filled water from the lobby cafe areas which might not convenient especially in the evening or for guest who prefer to drink hot tea or coffee at room."
