Quite a way out of town, but walking distancePosted Jul 15, 2017
Cons: Bigger pool area
Location: Towards centre are loads of craft stalls and souvenirs shops. Weekend local artists come. Nice fairground old fashioned carousel. Busy beach but good
Conveniently sited for travel from airport by air conditioned bus, bus station is just across the road. Although on the main road into Alicante no problems with traffic noise. 10-15 mins walk to old town and all activities. Nothing to speak of in immediate vicinity of hotel, though quick and easy taxi service, it was about 8 euros to town for 3 of us. The walk to town is very nice, through marina and esplanade to beach. Rooms were clean with sheets changed every day. Amenities as you would expect. Nice bar area and lounge with large tv. Pool terrace in roof was nice but v small. Always somebody waiting for sunbed and several end up just sitting on decking. Large bar with seats but under used. Good drinks service. Rate excluded breakfast, which was 15 euros but we ate out in town and found some really nice places. La piazza next to st Nicolas church amazing food.

Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff.Posted Jul 12, 2017
This was an ideal hotel to stay in for a few days. The roof top pool is lovely but very small and gets very busy. The walk into town is about 15 minutes.

Modern Hotel 15 minutes from beachPosted Jul 12, 2017
Pros: Decor was clean and modern, room size and bathroom were good. On main road. Nice staff that speak english very well and were very helpful.
Cons: Tea/coffee making facilities in rooms should be standard. Need a mirror near natural light not on back of door in darkest part of room.
Location: 20 min walk from the main beach area but passes marina which is picturesque, lots of cafes restaurants and castle and shopping centres not far.
Modern hotel 15-20 mins drive from airport without traffic, easy to locate on main road. If you do not mind being away from the main area of the beach (Platja del Postiguet) then this hotel is ok. Can not fault the the decor cleanliness or proximity to the airport. The walk to main 'tourist' area is scenic if you stay on the walkway next to the Marina. Lots of restaurants cafes and bars towards water front and within 'Old Town' area. Two shopping centres are about 10 mins walk from the hotel though did not visit them as was only on weekend trip. You can see the Castell de la Santa Barbara once you start walking towards the main area. good bus system and trams as well if you have time to plan trips.

Nice hotel, very clean,Posted May 30, 2017
Pros: Very clean
Cons: Bit of a strange smell in reception not sure if it was to do with the refurbishment which was going on
Location: 15 mins walk from front, shops and esplanade. Lots of shops, ice cream cafes and restaurants, also tram to Benidorm a nice day out
Very nice stay in this hotel, very clean room, bathroom etc, adequate for 3 nights and 3 in one room. Breakfast was very nice a good selection but staff were a bit miserable !! check in and out very nice and receptionist also nice

Modern functional hotel close to airportPosted May 26, 2017
Pros: Functional, and modern.
Cons: The bed was advertised as a queen size, it was a double and very uncomfortable. D
Location: Edge of Alicante, a good 30 minutes walk to marina and main centre, close to bus station though.
Functional, modern hotel at the edge of Alicante Centre, convenient for Airport and business areas. Not really a tourist hotel in terms of being close to centre and amenities, although there are local facilities in the neighbouring residential districts.

Very nice location .Posted May 22, 2017
Pros: Hotel's location is very good, closer o the airport, city centre and to the beach. Staffs are friendly and very helpful .I could communicate easily
Cons: Having coffee and tea making facilities in the standard room. Provision to hang clothes in the bathroom
Location: Location was good. One could go to the city centre , sea front by walk.. Also could get public transport. Airport just 15 minutes away by taxi.
My experience in Alicante is memorable one. Thoroughly enjoyed with my friends.weather was pleasant.very safe place, and nice people .people were helpful. Had bit of language problem but it was ok.transport was good and very cheap compare to England. In my view food is also cheaper tan UK.very clean city. On the whole it was amazing ..

Lovely hotel in a quiet area.Posted May 21, 2017
Location: It was very close to the bus station. It was only a short walk into the centre, but in a quiet area.
The hotel was super, the only reason for being slightly marked down for facilities and condition was there was still work going on with the refurbishment. The restaurant food was excellent for evening meal and very reasonably priced. The staff were always friendly.
