We were only there for a very brief stay of one night and breakfast but we found the staff friendly and helpful, very keen on cleanliness etc. at this time, lovely room, would stay again

nice breakfast buffet (an egg would have been nice) the hotel is right across the street fro the marina and close to central Denia....the ONLY downside was the bed. A park bench would have been more comfortable..seriously, it was the hardest bed I've ever slept on, so we would NOT go back. speaking of backs, MY back is still sore

Great location. There may even be parking in the street surrounding the property depending upon time of year. The staff were all great. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice of cold food and cereal etc but limited cooked options (although the staff were happy to cook eggs if you asked for them). Rooms are compact but perfectly adequate. Would definitely stay again !!

Beautiful rooms with all of the things so many hotel rooms don’t offer. ie. magnifying mirror in bathroom, full length mirror in bedroom, plenty coat hangers to name a few. The view of the marina from our Juliet balcony was awesome. Excellent buffet breakfast. Perfect location in the heart of Denia,

We chose a balcony view which was great over looking the marina. The staff could not do enough for you so friendly. The breakfast was lovely plenty to set you up for the day & great coffee 👍

Awful hotel, really disappointed, had high expectations but unfortunately rapidly evaporated. Reception staff do not speak or understand English, sent is to wrong room with someone in it. Room was not as described on website only a double bed and no other beds, would not split the beds as asked, no bath plug in bath, Asked to speak to manager waited 2 hours for manager to arrive! Could not do anything about room, just dreadful totally not interested. Very sad feel been ripped off at this hotel, there is so much choice in Denia with good hotels, I am voting with my feet to warn others, choose somewhere else!

Nice hotel, great location for the centre of Denia. Rooms are a little on the small side and averagely equipped but clean enough. Lovely breakfast.

Just up in Denia for one night. El Rasat is clean, affordable and in the perfect location, so no doubt will stay again.

A lovely hotel
Few days away with my sis who lives near by - the hotel is lovely and modern, the room was large (bathroom a little small, but beautifully decorated), brekky was good, especially when there was scrambled egg.

Check in was easy. Room was ready for us. clean.Had a sea view room. We had room 203. The only problem that one of the twin beds was very creaky, which woke my husband every time he turned in his sleep. He therefore spent a few hours reading in reception. Also , a dim light came on in the room (fire safety light ??? ) which could not be turned off. This would have kept me awake, but fortunately I had remembered my blackout eye mask !!

we`v had a nice wiev looking over the port. close to the shops, the beaches and restaurants. brekfast was good but when we ask for more sausages as they`v run out we get them cold (normaly served hot).but in overall realy good ,very frendly staff.

Close to beach, bars, restaurabts and cafés and near the port. This hotel is small but perfect for a few nights in the lovely Denia, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

Great February break
Great welcome at reception. Very stylish room with contemporary décor, 4 balconies overlooking the harbour and marina and very comfortable. Excellent self service breakfast served. The Ticino restaurant next door is also excellent with great food choice and good value for money. Super central location for this time of year and it was easy to park opposite on the promenade for free.

Initial impressions are good. A pleasant clean room and good view across the marina. The almost adjacent Raset restaurant was outstanding. Towels seemed old rough and thin and the bed was so hard that we both developed backache on the second night. Would stay again one night but not two!

Excellent little boutique hotel, very modern but intimate, right by the port, and just a short walk into town, with numerous restaurants and bars only a few minutes walk, and with the biggest bath towels I have ever had in a hotel.

Lovely small hotel (20 bedrooms). Can't believe it only has 3 stars as certainly deserves 4! On arrival we were told we had been given the best room in the hotel, not sure why but we weren't complaining! Room 208 was spacious, clean, trendy, lovely bathroom, brilliant views of the harbour. In my opinion was situated in the best part of Denia. Lovely restaurants and bars literally on the doorstep. Our evening out was a 2 minute radius from the front door of the hotel, which included a meal out and a few drinks in the local bars!! Breakfast included in the rate which was mainly continental, was more than sufficient as a foundation for a stroll around Denia.

Great little hotel in good location
The hotel is modern and stylish with clean rooms (a bit small) and in a great location for bars and restaurants. Great view of the harbour/marina. This is not a beach hotel, more a 'city break'. Staff spoke good English and were helpful. Decent breakfast. All in all, a good choice to stay in Denia Public parking (open air) is nearby and not too expensive; the hotel does also have its own garage very close to the hotel .

Stylish and classy
This is a stylish hotel overlooking the best part of the lovely port of Denia. It is located amidst the old quarter which has a huge selection of lovely bars and restaurants. The interior of the hotel lives up to the striking outward appearance. Smaller hotel packed full of style and design. Always wanted to stay here when we first saw it and we were not disappointed. We recommend the adjoining El Raset restaurants too. Highly recommended.

Loved this place! Had a hotel room with a view looking right across at the harbor which was beautiful. The hotel was very stylish and clean. The room was very nice and looked brand new. The staff were so nice and helpful with anything and questions/tips of what to do around the area. It surrounds streets with nice delishous restaurants. Definitely one of my best hotel stays ever and iv stayed at alot of hotels.
