Con expedia no se puede contratar nada.

Despues nadie quiere saber nada. Contratas una cosa y te dan otra y ni siquiera te llaman. Una verguenza y no te cogen el telefono.

basic clean accom, terrible food!!

Posted Mar 30, 2016 on Hotels
Not overly impressed. The room was fine if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep and shower. The staff weren't particularly friendly but not rude either. The food was absolutely atrocious. Completely inedible. I was all inclusive and luckily only there for one night but ended up going out for food and drinks instead of using the hotel

Great base for a quick Benidorm trip.

Thought I'd try and balance a few of the negative reviews elsewhere. If you're looking for an entertainment filled all inclusive hotel catering mainly to English customers lazing by the pool with waiter service and think Calamari are funny tasting onion rings then forget it. It's an older hotel in the old town and many rooms have been refurbished to a great standard recently but some haven't yet. Those that have look exactly like the photo's. Shower was excellent, beds comfy, room spotless and cleaned daily. Balconies overlook the street. We ate out, and there are plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. Staff ARE friendly (despite what you may read elsewhere here) but not many speak English - you're in their country so you could try learning a few words of Spanish - it makes a big difference! Breakfast could have been better but you can get a decent one for a five/six euros anywhere nearby. Eat out. Reasonable value at around £45 for a single room (which had two double beds). Beach is two minutes away and a taxi rank outside. Most criticisms seem to be from people who have very unrealistic expectations of what an older hotel in the middle of a Spanish town is likely to be. It's an ideal base for exploring Benidorm - not a luxury five star palace. Would happily book again. There's no aircon but you don't need it if you're sensible, keep the curtains drawn in the day and the balcony doors closed when you're out.

MUY BIEN UBICADO

Posted May 4, 2015
Pros: LA UBICACION Y LAS HABITACIONES
Cons: LA COMIDA
Location: PERFECTAS
FENOMENAL TODO MUY BIEN VOLVERIA A IR OTRA VEZ, TODO ESTABA A UN PASO LA PLAYA, LAS TIENDAS, EL OCIO, Y ESO ES UNA DE LAS COSAS MAS IMPORTANTES CUANDO VAS A PASAR UN PUENTE

Quieter part of benidorn

Great hotel. Great staff. Nice area of benidorn if you want spacious beach and bars, and not the new town.

Excellent stay

First time in benidorn, and pleasantly surprised. This hotel is as close to the old town without actually being in it. It's by poniette beach. Its a lot quieter and spacious than the new town lavante beach. The hotel as wonderful staff and great airy rooms. Breakfast was as good as any hotel with English and continental on offer. Bar and entertainment great.
