Extremely difficult to find despite use of sat nev

Direction to apartment very poor No English tv. Bed side lamp bulb blown before we arrived. Limited hot water supply. No instructions to near by places or maps. No staff to help in evening or early morning. Nothing available in evening. Remote from any restaurant for evening. No road signs from mutxamel to bonalba. Staff were helpful did their best.

Over priced and disappointing

You need a car! This was not streesed enough.A long walk to any bar and a treck back up 'cardiac hill' to your appartment. 2nd gear in the car to get up the hill, as for walking to the club house.. forget it! 4km to the beach, but only if you walk across country and along motorways/dual carrigways. pay extra to hire towells sheets.No maid service unless you pay and 50 euro cleaning charge at end of stay. No information given on arrival, staff unhelpful at spa and golf resort. Overpriced and disappointing

None of the facilities advertised are affiliated with the hotel. In fact, there isn't a hotel. The resort is a selection of beige and brown rented apartments in the middle of nowhere. It's also poorly signposted. There is no reception or staff to aid you - good luck finding your room and your keys, you'll need it. If you do decide to book, make sure you bring towels and bed linen as it isn't provided!

Cadre très agréable, mais l hôtel n est pas a la hauteur du paysage. voyage au mois d octobre 2015. a notre arriver bungalow sale mobilier casse voir absent. ampoule manquante. les deux dernier jours plus d eau chaude. Piscine et Spa fermer. Apres plusieurs réclamations on nous a envoyer une femme de ménage mais trop tard et donner un accès au spa d un autre hôtel pour une heure par jour. Pour l eau chaude obliger de se rendre dans un autre bungalow vide pour prendre une douche. A croire que personne ne contrôle et n entretien les divers installations et équipements. A éviter

Kassa sängar och uselt kök

Sängarna var helt värdelösa - spanjorer måste gilla att sova på plankor. Köket var uselt utrustat - t.ex. saknades knivar och skärbrädor. Vi fick kompletterande utrustning efter ett par dar. Vår lägenhet låg på baksidan av området med utsikt över en halvfärdig golfbana och en motorväg. Plus för att det fanns en pool precis vid vårt hus. Personalen var trevlig och tillmötesgående men standarden var INTE vad jag förväntar mig av ett trestjärnigt hotell.

Bra välutrustat hus. God standard. Gated comunity. Fanns endast en fjärr till grinden. Bra golf. Mycket trevlig kvaterskrog "Pärlan" fantastisk hummer o entrecote till bra priser.

l'hôtel se trouve dans un cadre idéal pour passer de bonne vacances au soleil je suis prés a passer un autre séjour dans cette hôtel
