Property was fine but there is no water under the dock.
The drought has hit this lake a lot since the pictures were taken showing water under the dock. It still worked as a jumping off point for coastal fishing but the water is probably 30 yards from the dock so it did not offer easy fishing near the back yard like we had hoped.
