Nice close to shopping

Staff not returning calls from room. Housekeeping not emptying trash or replenishing coffee. Room air very dry.

4 Night Stay

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Tile and grout in shower could use a good scrubbing. It wasn't too bad yet, but I did notice it.
Location: Very convenient location.
Decent place to stay. While I was there it was very quiet at night.

Pros: Cheap.
Cons: Get some help update the hotel.
Location: Location great restaurants nearby.
From the moment I walked in things went down hill fast. Nine at night no one at the desk waited 10 minutes till girl returned from taking care of a problem. I learned why there were problems when the TV wouldn't turn on same girl tried to fix it couldn't. She didn't seem to think this was an unusual occurrence. Did offer another room, but it was after 10 at night and we were unpacked. The next morning I found out from the front desk that they had no maintenance as the one maintenance guy quit the week before. This is a four story hotel one maintenance guy. Did get a different room had to pack up and move. The hotel as a whole was nothing special. Air conditioner loud bedding torn room had that worn out look. Breakfast stayed 2 nights same things both days again average. No apologies from the front desk even though I got the impresssion this was the woman in charge. I was told by Expedia that the hotel would handle the problems with me. Didn't happen. My thoughts on whether to stay at this hotel. Price inexpensive I now know why. If you don't mind things not working stay here. If you like average to below average stay here. I won't stay at LaQuinta again because as I found out a few years ago you can't teach an old dog new tricks.

Small room, but still recommend

The room was smaller than any other we have stayed in, but everything else was better than any other hotel we have stayed at in several years. The mattresses were very comfortable.

Almost everything we needed

Pros: Modern, good breakfast variety, good value
The hotel itself was very nice and modern and clean when we checked in. The price was reasonable especially with included breakfast that had a good variety. Also a convenient location. However the staff left a little to be desired. We did not spend much time in the room but when we returned for a short time in the afternoon our room had not been cleaned. All that was done was the dirty towels removed. No fresh towels, beds made, or trash removed. We figured they would be coming back to finish. Wrong. We returned again at 11 pm and the room was the same. My husband went to the desk for towels and was told they would be brought right up. Wrong again. He also told them the room had not been cleaned. They said if we had a do not disturb sign out they wouldn't come in which we didn't. They said they would advise management. We waited 30 minutes for towels and called the desk this time and we did get towels but no washcloths and a bathmat instead of one towel. When checking out the next morning he again let them know the room had not been cleaned up with the same response from them. We'll let management know. Got the feeling that didn't happen. Will probably give them a second chance. Nothing terrible just an inconvenience.

The hotel was conveniently located and constructed in a very attractive way. The room was upgraded in terms of the bathroom vanity, tile floors, and a very comfortable bed.

weekend family trip-

Pros: was fresh and clean
Cons: bathrooms could use a little cosmetic detail work but were very clean
Location: topgolf, tons of restaraunts, outlet mall
great location, close to all of our activities. a little difficult to get to off of the highway, but didn't take long to figure out. the pool was really nice- being in sept, no one was there. it was very clean and the hot tub was great with the rocks.

Not bad...until only elevator went out!

Pros: Location. Price.
Cons: Hard to believe there was only ONE elevator in the building!
Everything was fine until the morning we left and found that the only elevator was out!

Dog Issue

Overall, was good. There was a barking dog in the room next to us which we reported to the front desk. We believed the owner left the dog alone in the room. Elevator was not working for one of the days we were there, which was a little bit of an issue. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Rooms don't accomodate more than 4 people

This was supposed to be a room that slept 5 people as the room indicated and how I put my search. It had two queen beds. No option for a rollaway bed (they don't have them at this location at all) or pull out couches also not available at this location. This made it very uncomfortable to sleep 3 people in a queen bed, especially when I thought I was booking a room that was described as sleeping 5. That just put a huge damper on the whole stay.
